Despite of the hotel only being 6 years old, the rooms and the food were not 4 star rating. Rooms and amenities were a little outdated, and they could have been cleaner. The waterpark was very nice, although quite small for the amount of people that were there in December. There will be another resort to be launched in 2027, I recommend to make it a bit more exclusive and upscale. The food also needs to improve as it was a large buffer and children were touching everything…definitely not 4 start rating. I’m positive the region and investments into the new resorts will be much improved.

Essa é nossa segunda estadia no Hot Beach Resorts. O hotel está cada vez melhor e muito bem equipado. Senti os funcionários um tanto cansados mas se esforçando muito pra manter a alegria no atendimento. Fizeram tudo com muita qualidade, mas acho que vale esse ponto de atenção pra cuidar mais do bem estar e qualidade de vida das pessoas que fazem o resort acontecer.
Encontramos uma garrafa de água pela metade no frigobar e havia um vazamento na pia do lado de fora do banheiro.

Lugar incrível, perfeito para curtir o parque. Vou lá há muitos anos e infelizmente check-in e check-out ainda tem muito a melhorar. 8 elevadores a ainda assim dá filas enormes, pois não são inteligentes.

Hotel junto ao parque aquático, o que facilita muito o acesso, além de ser um hotel novo e confortável.
A comida do restaurante é muito boa, com muitas opções e saborosa. Os funcionários da cozinha são extremamente prestativos e interessados em ajudar nos casos de alergia alimentar. Tive uma ótima experiência com o restaurante.
Pontos a melhorar: a academia é muito pequena para a quantidade de hóspedes.
A piscina também não comporta a quantidade de hóspedes que lotam a piscina quando o parque aquático está fechado. A música na piscina também é muito extremamente alta , caso queira relaxar ou descansar é algo impeditivo.
Custo benefício muito bom para quem tem filhos pequenos.
