The location of the hotel is excellent. It is close to market square and restaurants. Ollantaytambo train station is 7 minute walk. The hotel decor is very charming. .They have hot water, cocoa tea, basil tea available all the time. The rooms have excellent views of the mountain and stream flowing. The beds are comfortable and rooms are clean. The place is very quite and only noise you can hear is the stream flowing. The staff is extremely nice, helpful, friendly and courteous. The breakfast is decent and they customize it as per your preference. We had an issue with a toilet leak and they addressed it immediately. Derek, the manager, is very helpful. He can arrange for cab anywhere you want. He was a bit late to respond on whatsapp and so We had to do our own booking coming into Ollantaytambo. The hotel does not have luxuries, but the location and charm and friendly atmosphere makes up for it. We had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend this place for stay in Ollantaytambo.
