Overall this is a lovely resort that could just do with a little bit of TLC in some places. The hotel itself is really big with great views from all the rooms by the looks of it. The room was cleaned every day as was the whole hotel, there were times the pool area was being cleaned while we were sitting there. The food is really good, plenty of choice and everything was really tasty. Drink were decent with a few cocktails to chose from. The staff were all really friendly whether it be in the reception, bars or restaurant. There was one waitress in particular who was lovely but I can't remember her name, maybe ebru, I'm so sorry as she was great! The entertainment was brilliant and included a magic show, bands, singers, bingo etc. The hotel was really quiet as it wasn't into season yet but the animation team really tried to get people involved. They were all really friendly, particularly Barry and MJ. I think if the hotel had been busier they would have been even better at getting guests involved in all the activities they have on offer. Location wise you can walk down hill to the beach but it takes about an hour. Taxi is the best way to get around or use the free shuttle to the beach which leaves at 11am and returns at 4pm. I can't really fault this place and I would go back. I little lock of paint on some places and more cocktail options would bring it from 4 to 5.
