Very Good
GGuest UserShabby and rundown hotel, simple breakfast with muffin as the main course. Additionally, the sound proofing in the rooms we're extremely poor as we could hear the sounds of our neighbours resulting in bad sleep. On the other hand rhe location was great as it was next to the highway and the enormous mall with attractions rhat will keep you entertained for days.
GGuest UserVisited the hotel for our family reunion. Have visited in the past. Starting with the good. Cindy was the best. We were going to arrive a day early. Cindy was very helpful and ensured the we could adjust our reservation and arrive a day early and keep the same room. Very happy with Cindy and her ability to assist. The breakfasts were good, clean and well stocked.
Now for the not so good. We were told room service would take place after 3 days. After our 4th evening we asked room services when our room would be done. They informed us we were on the list for the following day. We were given two towels. Next day, no room service. We again asked room service staff when our room would be serviced. They said they do the rooms once a week. Maybe a lack of communication. We did get fresh towels later in the day. The area in front of the hotel had tables and chairs to relax and meet. The bases of the tables contained cement. The cement was breaking up and bits of cement and dust was everywhere. It was never swept away the entire time we were there. My family had finished breakfast and we wanted to chat with the manager about some of the issues we were experiencing in the hotel. When we asked the receptionist we were told we could chat with him “if he had time”. We waited for more than 30 minutes in the dining area and he never came to us. We had used the same hotel in the past for family reunions but the place seems to have been going downhill.
AAnonymous UserThird time staying here. We love the separate bedroom option at this hotel which is a rare find. We were disappointed the bacon jalepeno popper omelettes were no longer offered at breakfast bar. They were always sooo good and one of the reason we returned. Libby is beautiful, great spot to hangout outside of the room. Gym was great with upgraded equipment. Pool was a bit too cold this time unfortunately and not as clean as we hoped. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
SshenniuooTypical American breakfast, room, bed, bathroom is very large, the most basic configuration, health and comfort, free parking is very convenient, self-driving preferred! There is McDonald's nearby! Late, the next day, no photo, cost-effective, worthy of a working stay
HHyeyeonHotel is close to Destiny mall. Clean room and but mattress needs to be updated or changed. Using rhe bed with my daughter, as she moves, the bed is moving too. only portable AC was working. swimming pool was temporarily closed. Plenty of parking spots is good thing. Bath tub draining bad.
PPEHLocation is pretty Ok, just 5-10 mins walk to downtown. Room was clean and the reception was very helpful to help us look after our luggage, when we arrived early and also after we check-out. It was also easy to get Lyft for a good price at that location to most places. Simple breakfast was provided, including self-service waffles and coffee/tea available all day.
GGuest UserThe air conditioner was broken couldn’t turn it on cool or off. There was false advertising on the hot tip that wasn’t located in room. The female staff was very polite and helpful but the male staff had an attitude and very rude
BBENGWe check-in very late around 4:00am due to our late flight and 1 missing piece of luggage. Got our room promptly, but the bath tub was choke and dirty. Tried to change our room, but was told that there was no other available room, but they sent someone to fix it in the morning.
The hotel is pretty basic, more for people with own transport.
Location wise, there is not much around the area, but we found Denny's within walking distance. There are a couple of other eating places as well, though we didn't try them.
GGuest UserThe room was very dated and had a musty odour. we booked a smoking room but werent expecting it to have cigarette burns and stains on the bedspread. Pillows were very thin. There was tissue shoved in the hole of a second door. There was a light coming from inside the bathtub drain. very strange?? No table lamps. Only one receptacle outlet behind the beside table. The fridge was only cool and had puddles of water inside.
The air conditioning worked well and the T.V. had a good channel selection. I wouldn't book at this place again.
