The hotel is a small family-run, two-storey mountain hotel, with a quarter of an hour of Andorra, simple and chichi-free but clean and welcome. It feels that this hotel with the old charm is very well maintained. The lady at the reception is sympathetic and makes the effort to speak French, Room well equipped. Well heated, TV with French channels. Wifi ok. Litry and earliers of good quality. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. We came with a WonderBox but we will be happy to come back because we find the price quality ratio very correct.

Went to Andorra for a school skiing trip. The hotel was more than fine for a school trip, however, most people we met were racist towards my black, Indian and Pakistani friends. The locals shouted the n-word and the p-word most times we went into the town, and on the gondolas going to the ski resort, the workers there targeted my group and wouldn’t let us on the gondolas and gave us an extremely hard time. They tried to find any reason to kick us out and they even tried to have a few of us arrested! On our last night, we had local kids throwing rocks at our windows and threatening to come to our rooms. They had access to the hotel because they were allowed to use the games room on the bottom floor. We had to call the police and they couldn’t do much about it apart from take their ID’s.

All outside was : gardens , swimming pool , tennis , barbacoa area ....etc very careful and clean , you have access to the mountain in front with what you can do routes and you can walk to your dog freely , it is a pass !! As negative points : food and dinner , super expensive : 20 euros and no water comes, bread is a minipane. (I would change the first meals mostly ) The spa area: we complain that the jacuzzis was too hot, it cost you much to enter , and now what you want is more refreshing you , even if it is warm because nothing happens but you burn. I know that it's something that they'll solve it immediately I imagine. All the interior of the facilities is very old, chairs and furniture that were at least from the time of my grandmothers😜, . As Abba chain has recently taken it, I hope you will take it into account and renovate a little everything and put a shower that is more safe , I assure you that you will give me with the bathroom garden that is not my ( and that I have not ), I don't tell you a grim, thinking that there are thousands of people spending a year. I wish I could come back with you if my economy allows me 🤗.

This is a great hotel! The staff are super helpful, friendly & all multi-lingual. Special thanks to Alex on reception & Judith in the spa for an excellent massage. The food is fresh and varied & staff in the restaurant are all very friendly and efficient. The Irish bar has a good vibe with soft-play area for little kids plus there’s darts, pool table & other activities for adults & kids to enjoy together. The spa has everything you need after a day on the slopes, we also used the gym which has all the basic equipment (however it was a little too warm to stay in there for long). We enjoyed the great views over Canillo from the room, which was super clean & with comfortable beds. The shuttle runs on demand so we were at the ski lift in a mater of minutes. Will definitely stay at this little gem of a hotel again!

Great hotel with spacious and clean rooms. The view from the front facing rooms is incredible and well worth requesting. The central location of the hotel is its biggest advantage.
