Room is not big but clean. Location not super convenient but within walking distance to bustling areas like Shinsaibashi. Liked it coz it’s more quiet.

Our room was not as clean as our previous stays at other Marriott hotels. The smell of urine in the shower room was very annoying. The bed was comfortable and tidy. The room is a bit small, front desk is friendly. The only advantage is the location. Less than 10mins walking distance to the NAMBA station.

My family and I stayed at Fairfield Marriott for 7 days. *Cleanliness:* Outstanding! The hotel was meticulously maintained. *Service:* Excellent! The staff was attentive and eager to help. *Room Size:* Small, as typical for Japanese hotels. Functional but may feel limiting for those who prefer more space. *Location:* Fabulous! Conveniently located near shopping malls and public transport. *Noise:* There might be occasional noise from the nearby fire station at night, which could be a consideration for light sleepers. *Overall Experience:* A pleasant stay overall. Great cleanliness, service, and location make it worth considering, despite the compact rooms and occasional noise. Recommended for a tidy and welcoming experience in Japan.

Location is good and convenience fi reach stations.

Clean hotel, staff is friendly and respectful as expected in Japan, but the hotel location is not the best and room size were too small and room design very poo.

Stayed here for four nights, overall pretty good. However, the hotel is a bit far away from the metro station.

I think it is the best place to stay in Osaka. Conveniently close to Namba station. Earns your Marriott points. Great international style breakfast.

Quite far from Nambo station if getting luaggages. The service at Frontline is lack of experience, not friendly, some it after seek manager involved.

Staffs are very polite and patient, same staff can say Cantonese, it was very surprised! The hotel is near MTR satiation, walk about 10mjns, and easy to find. 👍🏻
