We are happy with the pink room and overall customer service. The location is super convenient for USJ visit. The laundry room is easy to use. The breakfast offers a great variety of food. Will recommend to any family who travel to USJ.

Hotel Kintetsu is located in the heart of City Walk and next to USJ. Seriously convenient.
City Walk is a 5F worth of F&B, fashion boutique, and convenient stores.
You can max your day out at USJ and come out to have a meal at City Walk before heading back to the hotel.
For staying at Hotel Kintetsu, we were given small USJ coin pouches. You can show them at GAP boutique and get free embroidery on your clothes.

Hotel is clean and comfortable. But the size is a bit small for 2 adults. Convenient too.

Excellent location, 3 minute walk to railway station and 3 minute walk to Universal 😁View of Universal was great for lining up in the morning. Room size was good for Japan, bathroom was a little small and dated.

Request and paid extra for a Sesame Street theme room didn’t get it came back at 3pm to check in was stood in queue hour and half to get checked in staff on reception rude

The location is perfect. It's 1 minute away from the Universal gate. The room is small and comics decorated. They have 2 types of breakfast, which is continental or japanese. We choose Japanese and it is Ootoya restaurant.
