Excellent place to stay with great service, room clean, location, everything is perfect! Hope I can have an opportunity to book this hotel again when I plan to go to Osaka^^

Hotel is short distance from Shinsaibashi metro station. Really easy to travel via the midosuji lines. Exit from exit 2 from the metro station (exit 1 is under construction when I was there). Plenty of food options along the street and hotel is also really close to dotonburi. Rooms are clean enough for 2 pax in a room. However for big groups booking multiple rooms, do take note that for moderate twin rooms, there is only 1 room per level. So for my booking of 4 rooms, we were spread out in 4 levels. There were a total 5 washing machines with dryer functions in this hotel. Staff were friendly but they speak limited English. Luggage locker room is self service on level 1. IC card is used to lock and unlock the locks.

The location of the hotel is perfect! It's just 10minutes walk to the osaka castle. And there's a big mall just opposite to the hotel, You can just shop there and put stuff back to hotel very conveniently. I booked a 3-bed room which is a bit crowded for three adult. But i think the room is big enough if you are booking for 2ppl only. Also the breakfast is 100/100!!!!!! I woke up earlier every day just for the breakfast!

Convenient transportation, go out is the Kintetsu Nihonbashi, walk Dotonbori, Shinsaibashi for five minutes, Namba Station, Takashimaya for 10 minutes, there are many restaurants around, what to eat. Space is acceptable, with kitchen, living room.

난바역에서 조금 거리는 있어요~ 하지만! 조용한 동네이고, 편의점과 라이프 마트가 아주 가깝게 있어서 여행하는데 불편함이 전혀 없었습니다~!!^^ 왠만한건 라이프마트와 편의점에서 다 구입을 했고, 기본적으로 샴푸, 바디워시, 이회용 칫솔까지 다 있어서 잊어버리고 안챙겨와도 괜찮았어요!! 작은 탕도 있어서 피로에 지친 다리 족욕하기 딱이였습니다! 아! 그리고 침대도 싱글보다 커서 4명이 아래, 위(2층)에서 자기 충분했습니다! 조금 아쉬운점은....ㅠㅠ 침대가 생각보다 커서 그런지 짐 놔둘 공간이 조금 협소하긴했어요~ 그래서 저희는 긴의자에 캐리어 아래 위로 놔두고 생활했어요~ 마지막으로 바닥에 난방은 안되어요~ 참고하세요~ 에어컨 난방은 빵빵하게 나옵니다.

Because I was careless and did not pack my luggage on time, they were very kind and did not blame me at all. They helped me pack my luggage and put it on the first floor, without missing a single item, and all the details were done very well, which was very touching. 1. You will receive the room number + key password by email before 16:00 on the day of check-in. 2. Press the password to enter the door and take the elevator directly upstairs. The key box is at the door of the room. 3. There is a small kitchen + simple kitchen utensils, bowls and plates, please bring your own seasonings 4. There is a washing machine + washing powder, and a bathroom drying mode, which can dry heavy clothes in one night in winter (there are only 4 hangers) 5. There are convenience stores + Yanchu supermarket nearby 6. Take your luggage to Exit 1B, come up and turn right and go straight 7. A satisfying stay. The apartment is very large and spacious for 3 people. The apartment is equipped with a kitchen and complete facilities. There is also a small balcony with a wide view. There is also an escape passage on the balcony, which is safe and secure.

Very good location nearby JR station / Metro station and New world with 24hrs restaurant and shopping at DonkiDonki just 5 mins walk, apartment is good designed, 2 big beds and small sofa & coffee table, nice terrace for drying cloth after daily washed by in-room washer. happy to stay there 3-4 nights with quiet place, helpful customer service and quick response though the apps. improvement: 1) WIFI connection to be improve and 2) curtain blackout not enough due to top & side leak without cover.

It’s a spacious room, and we really appreciate the wooden floor, as it's better for our boy to play on the floor. The bath, microwave, fridge, and stove are great for families.
