Hotel is short distance from Shinsaibashi metro station. Really easy to travel via the midosuji lines. Exit from exit 2 from the metro station (exit 1 is under construction when I was there). Plenty of food options along the street and hotel is also really close to dotonburi. Rooms are clean enough for 2 pax in a room. However for big groups booking multiple rooms, do take note that for moderate twin rooms, there is only 1 room per level. So for my booking of 4 rooms, we were spread out in 4 levels. There were a total 5 washing machines with dryer functions in this hotel. Staff were friendly but they speak limited English. Luggage locker room is self service on level 1. IC card is used to lock and unlock the locks.

The location of the hotel is perfect! It's just 10minutes walk to the osaka castle. And there's a big mall just opposite to the hotel, You can just shop there and put stuff back to hotel very conveniently. I booked a 3-bed room which is a bit crowded for three adult. But i think the room is big enough if you are booking for 2ppl only. Also the breakfast is 100/100!!!!!! I woke up earlier every day just for the breakfast!

We booked the quadplets room that comes with 2 queen beds. It’s fully equipped. Would be better if washing machine has drying option. Limited space to eat in the room as only a small tea table and a small couch provided. Overall still a pleasant stay. Location wise is very convenient, very closed to Dotonburi and Shinsaibashi shopping street . As we need to depart for very early flight in the morning, this apt is perfect for a short walk to Nankai-Namba station, about 7mins walk. Staff is quick to response and clarify via chat when we didn’t know how to retrieve our room key & had issue with slow wifi connection. All solved promptly. 👍🏻

I heard from a friend that it is better to stay in a Japanese B&B when traveling in Japan, but when I confirmed the itinerary, I found that many B&Bs were booked. I didn’t know what to do in a foreign country, so I could only stay reluctantly. It was still very convenient to check in, and it was relatively clean inside, but it was really crowded, very crowded, and very dark. Friends who like sunshine should not choose this. After putting down the suitcase, there was no place for my feet. After staying for 6 nights, I found a very serious smell of spray paint. I saw that there was indeed a worker painting outside, and there was a big fan plugged in outside the door of our room 24 hours a day. It was really terrible. In China, this house cannot be used for commercial purposes, right? Because I was pregnant, I communicated the situation to Ctrip and they coordinated to change my stay to another store. The Namba store is not bad, like a hotel, clean and tidy, with complete electrical appliances, plenty of sunshine, convenient for drying clothes, and close to the subway entrance, so it is very convenient for free travel every day. Convenient transportation, go out is the Kintetsu Nihonbashi, walk Dotonbori, Shinsaibashi for five minutes, Namba Station, Takashimaya for 10 minutes, there are many restaurants around, what to eat. Space is acceptable, with kitchen, living room.

This is an apartment-style homestay with a good location, just a few hundred meters away from various subway entrances such as Nihonbashi; Facilities: Small but complete, the kitchen has all the necessary utensils, including a refrigerator, microwave, stove, pots and pans, etc.; it would be even more perfect if it were equipped with an electric rice cooker, and it is recommended to add some common seasonings; our family of three had their New Year's Eve dinner here. It is far from the subway, so you have to think about the distance and plan your itinerary accordingly. There is a lot of rustling noise from the bedding. There is very little storage space. It is very dry due to the heating system (very bad for the respiratory tract). There is no insulation at all. Even with all the windows closed, a lot of cold air comes in through the floor. However, it is new, so it feels neat and clean. There is a washing machine and detergent, so you can easily wash your clothes. It is small, but enough for just sleeping. Not recommended for traveling with family.

Very good location nearby JR station / Metro station and New world with 24hrs restaurant and shopping at DonkiDonki just 5 mins walk, apartment is good designed, 2 big beds and small sofa & coffee table, nice terrace for drying cloth after daily washed by in-room washer. happy to stay there 3-4 nights with quiet place, helpful customer service and quick response though the apps. improvement: 1) WIFI connection to be improve and 2) curtain blackout not enough due to top & side leak without cover.

It’s a spacious room, and we really appreciate the wooden floor, as it's better for our boy to play on the floor. The bath, microwave, fridge, and stove are great for families.
