"This hotel has few reviews on Ctrip and XHS, and its advantages and disadvantages are very obvious.
Advantages:
1. It is a ski-in and ski-out hotel, and the cable car entrance of Norikura Ski Resort is just downstairs from the hotel (Norikura Ski Resort has very few people on weekdays, and there is a super flat family ski slope, which is very suitable for beginners to practice, but you need to do a lift to get up)
2. There are ski equipment rentals and storage boxes downstairs of the hotel, which is very convenient, and guests have their own storage boxes
3. The reservation includes breakfast and dinner, which are all buffets. There are not many categories, and the taste is good
4. The hotel has a very famous hot spring, which is very comfortable to bathe in. There is an open-air pool that directly sees the ski slope, which is very beautiful. If you stay, you must enjoy this hot spring
5. The hotel has a shuttle bus to and from Otari Village Station, and you can choose to take it from this station to Itoigawa Station. From this station, you can directly take the Kita-ji Shinkansen to Tokyo in 2 hours
6. The reservation was for 3 people, and the room given was very large with 2 beds. The bed is small and can only sleep one person, but the tatami can sleep 2-3 people
7. When I checked in, there was a young man who could speak Chinese and introduced the hotel facilities and other details very enthusiastically. I gave him a thumbs up
Disadvantages:
1. The area around the hotel is very desolate. The hotel provided breakfast and dinner for 3 days and 2 nights. Lunch was eaten at the ski resort restaurant at the ski resort. The free soup at the ski resort restaurant was very delicious and had a lot of crabs
2. To go from the hotel to other ski resorts, you need to take the ski resort bus or paid bus at the hotel entrance
3. There are no convenience stores around the hotel"
"Very close to the ski resort, only a 3-minute walk away. The location is very convenient. The service attitude is also very good. The breakfast is also quite good. There is a convenience store opposite the hotel. I will stay here again."

"The location is 100 points, very close to the ski resort; there is a ski equipment rental shop in the hotel, with discounts and English communication
Since I stayed for 7 days, I was a little surprised that the room was not cleaned, the trash was not cleared, and the towels were not changed. Even if it was not cleaned every day, I thought it would be done at least every 3-4 days, so the hygiene was a little disappointing (maybe I didn't notice they were like that.)
The hotel staff are polite but basically only understand Japanese
If you are going on a ski trip, I would still recommend this hotel, but don't be too demanding on hygiene/service/food."
"The most beautiful hotel in Hakuba! Snowstorm Villa, Conan BGM
It's very convenient to go there. You can take a bus from Shinjuku directly to Hakuba Happo Terminal, and take the free V2 bus to Cotina
You can also book a bus back to Haneda Airport and depart directly from the hotel.
A perfect ski trip, heavy snow, and a romantic hotel
Mostly Europeans, Australians, and many Japanese people
The hot springs are also good, and you can directly see the ski slopes in the open air
Beautiful"
"Very satisfied with the accommodation! If you take the bus yourself, you can ask the guesthouse to arrange a private car to pick you up from Tsugaike Kogen Bus stop (reservations can only be made by phone). The rooms are the same as in the photos, the rooms on the 2nd floor have bathrooms, but the rooms on the 3rd floor do not. The restaurant overlooks the ski resort, and there is free wine during happy hour and dinner. I've stayed in many other B&Bs and hotels that require additional fees. The outdoor hot spring is a bit small and will be crowded if there are more than 4 people.
Highly recommended"
"Hotels that need to share bathroom facilities, but very clean and tidy facilities are also very good. The restaurant on the first floor is very good, you can eat delicious local ingredients without booking.
The price is right, cheap locally, including breakfast, simple and delicious.
The location is first class, two minutes out is the ski ticket office and bus stop.
There is almost no service and no pick-up and drop-off. If you arrive at Baima after 4 pm, please go to Nanxiao Valley by bus or take a taxi in happyo. Otherwise, you cannot arrive.
Perfect location, 2 mins walk to Tsugaike gondola; clean and nice facilities; free and nice breakfast; foreign staff speaking English; nice staff but no service at all, please help yourself; no pick up service, suggest to drop off at happy bus terminal for taxi."
"A great Japanese-style family hotel. The old man speaks English and can help solve all problems. If he likes you, he will tell you some little secrets. Breakfast and dinner are very sumptuous every day here, but I just feel that my appetite is small. The nutritional mix is perfect, including fish, meat, eggs, vegetables, and dessert fruits. The fruit is the specialty apple here, and the desserts include caramel pudding or small cakes. The hotel rooms have tatami mats, and the radiators are on all day long. Ski enthusiasts can also find the most attentive service here. There is a drying room downstairs to store ski equipment, and the boss has two cars specially designed to take you to Tsugaike Ski Resort. . If you have the ability, you can slide directly back to the hotel door. Renting ski equipment and buying ski tickets are much cheaper than in stores! ! ! All in all, I am very, very satisfied and thank you for taking care of me."
"The snow view of the hotel is very charming. There are free snacks and hot red bean soup, which is good! Dinner is included in the room fee. French Western food is only for steak. Very exquisite. Breakfast is very poor. There are very few things. I would rather eat cup noodles than go to the restaurant the next day.
But the hotel is very old and shabby. The facilities are the hotel facilities of China 20 years ago, and the four-person suite costs more than 7,000 a night. The shower room in the room has no exhaust, which makes the whole room extremely smelly. The whole room is very shabby. Spraying a lot of perfume can't cover it. The attitude of the ** Japanese man who booked the dinner at the Western restaurant was very bad. The first night was arranged in the snow view lobby. The second night was arranged in a small private room next to the lobby, with four walls inside. The last table of 6-7 people was dining. I asked him why he sat inside, and there were all empty seats outside. Why didn't he let us sit. He couldn't explain. He said he had to sit inside anyway. Later, he called a girl who could speak English. He rejected us with all kinds of unreasonable questions. He said that someone had booked something. The whole lobby was empty. Later, after our negotiation, he saw that we were very determined and helped us arrange it outside. So I seriously suspect that the man at the front desk of this restaurant is somewhat anti-Chinese!"
"The hotel is small and the facilities are good. There is a twin bed. Hot spring. Open-air. The location is less than ten minutes from the station. There are no convenience stores and restaurants nearby. If you check in, please order early.
The hotel proprietress is very good. Remind us that there will be enough teams to stay today. It is best to avoid the hot springs during busy hours. We forgot something and emailed them to send them back. They all promised to help."

AAnonymous UserSuperb location, exactly one of the Jam Jam snow liner stops at Tsugaike, if you are traveling from Narita airport direct. And close to the gondola station to hit the slopes for Tsugaike Kogen, only few mins walk.
Friendly staff, they helped to arrange for us to have the same room even though the bookings were made separately for consecutive days, so we don’t need the change room and move stuff every day.
Highly recommended, will definitely choose to stay again when visit next.
