We came early before our check-in time and got accommodated for an early check-in (without paying extra!) We just got lucky because there was an available room. Additionally, we were in awe with the hotel’s interior design alongside the conveniency of its location to tourist destinations that are a walking distance to the hotel. Nice architectural structures everywhere you go! 👍

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean and modern. Bed was comfortable. I loved the art throughout the hotel. Breakfast was great. We appreciated that check out is at noon. Will be staying here again on our next visit to Ottawa!

Quiet area but very close to lots of bars and restaurants.

only complaint is the noise from the bath tube in the morning

Absolutely amazing. A hotel and bed and breakfast in one. Can't beat the location and the rooms are huge with outdoor balconies in some rooms.

The hotel is located in the city center, near the market, walking distance to Ottawa's tourist attractions. The room has a refrigerator, microwave, complete amenities, clean room.

The room was converted from two apartments. There are two bedrooms for three people, each with a large bed. There is also a simple kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, and sink. It is very cozy. The breakfast is also OK, with eggs, meat, fruit, coffee, milk, yogurt, various breads and cakes, etc. The location is also very good, close to the attractions. The overall feeling is good. The only problem is that there is no parking space in front of the hotel, and you need to park at your own expense, 15 yuan a day

The location is very good and suitable for Citywalk. The room is small but clean and hygienic, with complete cooking utensils and cooking utensils. The church outside the terrace adds to the atmosphere.

Although you need to transfer on the way, you can get there by bus from the airport and it is convenient as it is close to tourist attractions. There are no washing machines or dryers, but there is a laundry nearby with friendly staff, which was open even on New Year's Eve, which was helpful. However, I'm not sure whether it was TRIP.com's or the hotel's fault, but when I checked in I was told that I didn't have a reservation, and I almost had to look for a hotel late at night...
