We came early before our check-in time and got accommodated for an early check-in (without paying extra!) We just got lucky because there was an available room. Additionally, we were in awe with the hotel’s interior design alongside the conveniency of its location to tourist destinations that are a walking distance to the hotel. Nice architectural structures everywhere you go! 👍

Simple but efficient gateway. Breakfast is good and the staff very kind. This time I used public transportation and I don't regret it. Very easy to commute with the train station.

I always book this hotel for our artists when they have visa interviews at the US Embassy, which is only 8 mins walk away. The hotel is also walk distance to the Orleans Express bus station, super convenient to travel to other cities (e.g.: Montréal, Toronto, Québec etc).

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean and modern. Bed was comfortable. I loved the art throughout the hotel. Breakfast was great. We appreciated that check out is at noon. Will be staying here again on our next visit to Ottawa!

Quiet area but very close to lots of bars and restaurants.

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was always friendly and professional. The cleaning staff did a great job. The breakfast was great!

only complaint is the noise from the bath tube in the morning

This is a hotel I would definitely stay at again if I have the chance to go to Canada again. The location is great; you can walk to all the landmarks in Ottawa. The breakfast was amazing, and the bedroom was incredibly comfortable – the bed was so comfortable I slept like a log!

The hotel has a great location, the room terrace is fantastic, and parking is available in the adjacent parking lot, which requires payment.

The hotel is located in the city center, near the market, walking distance to Ottawa's tourist attractions. The room has a refrigerator, microwave, complete amenities, clean room.

Located in the city center, it's 800 meters from the canal locks, next to the Fairmont Chateau Lakeside Hotel. You should definitely check out the hotel; staying there would be even better! All visiting heads of state stay there! The Canadian Parliament is just 200 meters away. Remember to visit the riverside park behind it for photos; it's beautiful!
