"Take JR from Hirosaki Station to Owani Onsen Station. There will be a shuttle bus to Hoshino when you arrive. You must make an appointment one day in advance. We forgot to make an appointment and talked to the kind Ctrip customer service. Finally, we added another bus. Thank you Ctrip customer service! The food is great, the open-air hot spring in the ice and snow is very good, and there are apple cider vinegar and popsicles to eat when you come out. There is a shamisen performance in the evening, you can listen to it!"

"I went on a trip with my 20-something child and my elderly mother. I had forgotten to make a reservation for a pick-up from the station, but there was someone there, so I asked and they gladly agreed.
The hot spring had a large bath and an open-air bath, and the water temperature was just right. There was also a sauna.
The changing room was also clean.
The meal plan included one night and two meals, and the amount of fish, wild vegetables, bamboo shoots and maitake mushrooms in a pot, tempura, etc. was so large that it was almost impossible to finish, and I was very satisfied.
Breakfast was not a buffet, but Japanese food.
There was no meat, so the 20-something child seemed a little disappointed.
I'm sure there was meat at the restaurant outside the plan.
Most of the guests were middle-aged to elderly, and we were the only young guests.
I was satisfied, but overall, I got the impression that it was a hot spring for the elderly, including the food and location."

"Overall, I was very satisfied, but the rice at the breakfast buffet was hard, which was disappointing. The part that was exposed to the air had dried out and was so hard that it was difficult to eat. Another thing was that the teacups for roasted green tea were gone, so when I asked the staff for some, they told me to use paper cups to drink water from. I managed to hold it with my hand, but it was quite hot and felt dangerous. I wish they had been a little more considerate, especially since the menu was good."

"Because there was no evaluation, I booked this hotel with the mood of trying it out, completely for location reasons. After check-in, it was completely unexpected and far higher than expected. The room is large enough compared to the Japanese hotel, the bed in the double room is quite big, very clean, and the big sister at the front desk is very warm. The hotel is right next to the JR station. It is very convenient to take the bus to Sapporo Park. There is a convenience store next to it. Unfortunately, there is no breakfast. It is a very cost-effective hotel."
