"Average hotel. I will try not to book at this hotel again. Very low house keeping crew. You must wait forever to check in. The hotel advertised free parking online but charge you at checkout. I’m just confused!"

"Hotel wouldn't honor the breakfast that was paid for during booking, even though it was clearly on the receipt. Also, the thermostat in the room wasn't working, stayed on 80 degrees the whole time."

"The hotel was very beautiful. The bar and restaurant were comfortable but the drinks were very overpriced.
The hotel accommodated an early check in without a charge which was a bonus. They did charge a $200 fee - which will be returned to my account, but I was not expecting that charge."

"Check in/Check out process was easy and smooth. My only gripe is that an alarm clock started ringing in the vacant room next to mine at around 6:30am 😩 I called the front desk and was told there was no one their to come turn it off. Finally, someone did about 15 minutes later. "
