I went in and out of the kitchen to check on the situation... I waited for 5 minutes. The male staff member wrote down a breakfast ticket for me at 6 or 7 o'clock, telling me what I wanted, coffee, milk and juice. When I came down a little after 6 o'clock in the morning, the cafe lights were off, as expected. The kitchen light was on so I tried to go, but the automatic door from the albergue to the cafe was locked. I went outside and knocked on the door, and he pointed to a door next to me. When I went there, I heard a voice, so I knocked and called someone. A male employee whom I had never seen before asked me to wait a bit, so I waited, but 10 minutes had passed. Since I had to walk a long distance, I thought I would have to give up breakfast, so I went back to that gate. ‘I am a guest. We were informed that we could have breakfast at 6 o'clock. My journey has been delayed. I would like a refund for breakfast.' I told him to wait until the manager came. He said he would come down soon.. A part-timer at the cafe was at work, so I told him the same thing, and he just laughed. I waited for 10 minutes and they didn't come, so I thought it would be better to just eat breakfast, so I ordered and ate it. I waited 45 minutes for a meal that should have been over in 5 minutes, and the journey was delayed on a rainy day, so I am leaving this review very tired. The facilities are good and there are few people, so if you want to rest quietly, I recommend skipping breakfast."
