The room was okay. The staff was okay. The breakfast wasn’t really good. There wasn’t any kind of fruits, just pastries joghurt and two kind of cold cuts. and streets were really so i wouldn’t go there again. I think if you go to palermo you should go to an apartman or airbnb. We should do that too

Greeted by friendly receptionist on arrival late at night. Check in was quick and easy. Our room was on the 2nd floor, the upper-most floor. The room was spacious and well equipped, with two beds, bedside tables, a large chair, a desk, a fridge, television, but most importantly an air-conditioning unit. Everything was in good working order. The outlet plugs are the strange italian 3-pin ones as opposed to the usual Europe 2-pin model, so not all our adaptors worked. Bathroom was decent and has everything one would expect. The shower is rather on the small side and could do with higher water pressure. More than ample lighting in the room. Our only real complaint of the stay is that every single night (we stayed 5 nights) there was an awful noise and commotion coming from directly below the hotel’s balcony - some kind of odd party going on every night. Unsure if this was related to the hotel itself or not. This noise continued well into 02:00H / 2am. I messaged reception every night that ‘il rumore é troppo forte’ but nothing was ever done. Dinner was absolutely awful - shocking quality at extortionate prices; hardly anything traditionally italian either. Save yourself and go somewhere local or in the city centre. Much better and cheaper elsewhere. Location seems good but public transport in the area is abysmal and should not be relied upon. Taxis are incredibly expensive, especially for tourists. Apart from those issues it was a good stay and would stay again. I just wouldn’t dine in the restaurant ever again, and would probably request a room away from that god-forsaken balcony.

i think it should be one of the good hotel in Palermo, and free parking outside the hotel but will have someone to ask for money without doing anything. you can pay or not. i didnt pay in first time then next time they find a child to ask for. i saw he is too young and very pity, so i paied 3euro to him. this is not good for everyone, so if hotel can take it in mind, and pay more attention to it, then it will be better. everything is good, just this parking issue.

The location of the hotel is good, at the junction of the old city and the new city, on the second main road. With a long history and luxurious style, the breakfast room is like a small palace, and the breakfast variety is also rich. It is the old problem of this type of hotel. The best hotel~ I couldn't understand why the price was so cheap. The room was big and very clean. The sheets were really clean and comfortable. dimensional The location, pocket tissue beach, and blanket provided were useful when it was a bit cold. The various rooms on the second floor had an elegant and classic style. Since breakfast is not included, I ate it for 10 euros on the last day (this is a bit strange - the hotel reservation site informed me that you can eat it for 12 euros).

The hotel has an excellent location, adjacent to the famous Sijiaochang, in the most prosperous street in the city center, close to the railway station, airport buses, and main attractions. Within 15 minutes’ walk, the breakfast is rich, the service is very good, and the hotel has a courtyard. We spent a few nights in this newly opened boutique hotel created through a modern and fascinating renovation, within the walls of the Kalsa district of Palermo. Breakfast is of the highest quality with lots of choice and well presented. Our room, which overlooked the internal garden with swimming pool, was not large, but very pleasant, efficient and comfortable: we slept well. In front there is a small furnished and truly pleasant private garden area. The swimming pool is a pleasant and perfect refreshing oasis after visits and excursions for a swim or an aperitif. The location and the structure of the hotel itself made us appreciate the fascinating Kalsa neighborhood of Palermo even more

We spent nine nights in this hotel, three (one adult and two teenagers). Our first impression: we were very disappointed with our room and we wanted to cancel the reservation to go elsewhere. The materials used for the fittings and decoration are very ”cheap” and the rooms do not have the charm that they have on the photos. The lower ones with their large colored windows (the hotel has been converted into a former theatre) have character, but their toilets are outside. Anyone can go there: it is impossible to leave the slightest personal effects there and to walk around in undress, especially since it is the entrance hall of the hotel... In any case, the room that was offered to us was not the one reserved. The noise. All of the hotel's windows are single-glazed, while the building overlooks one of Palermo's busiest avenues. Suffice to say that earplugs are not an option. For convenience - we were in the middle of July - we decided to stay there anyway. Our host, seeing us disappointed, went to great lengths to make our stay pleasant. The ”cheap” aspect was still verified several times. In use, we appreciated the immediate proximity to all the lively places and transport. There is a very well served bus stop just in front of the hotel, which allows you to reach Mondello beach in three quarters of an hour (bus 101 then 806) and to go to / from the airport by a direct shuttle. The train station is also very close; to go to Cefalù it takes a good half an hour of transport. On the other hand, do not think of going swimming in the vicinity of the hotel: the port is not at all equipped for tourism and there are only breakers apart from a tiny zone of launch. water for the boats, which is not cleaned (sea**** and shells of mussels and oysters act as a beach). Another strong point of the hotel, its agreement with the small cafe overlooking the street where you have breakfast. The managers are not fussy and have the children in good hands (long live the croissants stuffed with Nutella). Finally, we really appreciated the air conditioning, which was silent and worked day and night without the slightest difficulty. In the heat wave, it was really nice to go out in the morning, come in to cool off in the early afternoon and come out rested around 5 p.m. Since most of the places to visit are very close, it is a very practical HQ.
