Pamukkale is a Small Little town that obviously sees a lot of Tourist inflow. We were in White heaven Hotel for two nights - shortest stay in one place during our trip to Turkey. We were wowed even before we checked In with the constant flow of information from the owner of the hotel and the welcome and hospitality. Small town Charm at its best. The rooms are to die for ! Huge Room, Clean - and with a good view of the Cotton Castles. The staff in this hotel from the owner to the manager to all the other staff were super hospitable and very helpful. In my limited travels around the world I would say this is one of the best places I have stayed in. All in all A great hotel, Great Staff, Excellent levels of hygiene and Fantastic Hospitality

The door lock is not so good, the others are not bad. It also has a large pool. Location is also like. But without pick-up and drop-off service, it is recommended for self-driving tourists.

The bed is very comfortable, the wi-fi is at a medium speed, a free parking right in front of the pamukale site, 5 minutes walk from the hotel, a clean, clean room and a quiet room. The staff is just top, fully available and the owners' house is attached to the hotel, which allows for exchanges with the rooms, I recommend closed eyes.

The guest is very friendly, doesn't speak good but enough English and try to help where he can. The room was small and rather old, but it also had its own charm. The accommodation is quiet and ideal for visiting the calcaire terraces. It's a pity that no early breakfast is possible. I think many guests want to visit the calcaire terraces directly at the opening of the park because then the many bus tourists are not yet there and therefore can not take breakfast. Yet even the morning dinner was the highlight for me, which brings me to the maximum score: I was allowed to take the morning dinner with many local delights in the second morning with the guest family in their living room - a Wonderful experience!

The breakfast is delicious and exquisite, not because of the large quantity, but also the small quantity and high quality. The fruits are all delicious. The bed is very soft and comfortable, the service attitude is super good, it is really nothing to say about the service attitude! The room is good, nothing to be dissatisfied with. Very humane.

Good old hotel

Ho soggiornato per una notte in questa struttura nell'ambito di un viaggio organizzato a inizio gennaio 2024. Sinceramente ci siamo trovati benissimo. Stanze ampie, ottima pulizia, ottimo buffet a cena e colazione. Siamo arrivati stanchissimi e la piscina calda termale è stata una piacevolissima sorpresa ! Consigliato !

I originally booked more hotels on Ctrip. I booked a hotel almost a month in advance. Ctrip only informed me that the credit card deduction failed two days before check-in. The reservation was cancelled, and there was no room for temporary rebooking. I was forced to choose this hotel! The hotel is also ok, that is, don’t take the Turkish bath in the hotel. The quality of outsourced is very poor. Half of the wash came and another group of guests. We left us in the room for half an hour and nobody took care of it. It was a terrible experience!
