Our fourth visit to Avanti Holiday Village and we weren’t disappointed. The apar**ents are spacious and in a lovely garden setting. The whole place is spotless and the maid service is excellent. The pool area is great with lots of sunbeds and umbrellas. It was early in the season so quiet but that’s just what we wanted. The apar**ents are looking a bit tired and are getting ready for a refurb, but that’s only cosmetic and wouldn’t stop me from recommending Avanti Holiday Village. Handy location, short transfer from the airport and lots of places to eat within walking distance. Another great holiday!

We had an amazing holiday at Avanti Holiday Village and would 100% go back. The staff were absolutely lovely, everything was spotlessly clean and great value. Air con was very efficient and wifi was great too. The pool was a big hit with the kids. There was lots of entertainment on at the pool every day and at night in the bar. The holiday village wasn't very near any supermarket like we'd get in the UK. All the grocery shops were very expensive and very limited. There's a bigger supermarket at the mall in the centre but again we found it very expensive. There also wasn't much self-catering equipment in the room. No sponge, cloth, detergent, chopping board, sharp knife, salt & pepper etc. We'd go half board or all inclusive next time for that reason. The restaurants nearby are quite expensive if you're eating out daily, your budget soon gets used up. All in all we'd highly recommend Avanti Holiday Village but self-catering may not be the easiest or cheapest option for you.

We came here as a family of 3 as we was also looking for wedding venues and this hotel was in a great location for them! So we opted to go self catering because we normally do on family holidays, but there’s plenty of restaurants in walking distance of the hotel. One of the highlights being the Fiesta Bar which do some lovely food, if you walk towards the back of the complex (opposite end of reception) it’s just located there. We spent a lot of time around the pool because the little one was enjoying the pool so much, where there’s also the pool bar, where you can go up and pay by card or charge it to your room where there’s Keo & Carlsberg on tap, aswell as Kopparberg and Bulmers in cans/bottles. The pints was €4, but we took a cool bag and bought what we wanted from a local mini market and had them pool side. Breakfast here also is €10 Adult & €5 child per day which you can pay for when you arrive, but we ate out for breakfast at Tea for Two. From the same restaurant as breakfast they also do lunch time snacks where you can either pay on card or do room charge. The entertainment at night time though is abit dire, whether that’s because it’s not peak season or if it’s because they have the evening meals at Avanti Hotel. But the kids mini disco lasted around 15/20 mins then that was pretty much it after it as there was only normally around 2-3 tables of people. Most was on a Sunday 5-6 tables but there was a music quiz on which seemed to get people engaged. We had a little issue on last day where our daughter went in lazy river and ended up cutting her toe on a loose tile. But we informed the staff and they was lovely and helpful about it. Overall we all enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back again, as the staff are friendly and it’s in a great location!

I have travelled all over the place over the years and this is one of the best places I’ve stayed.Unusual for me …but the only fault I found staying self catering was I could have done with a chopping board. We loved everything from the cleanliness, staff, apar**ent and activities. The pools were perfect, night entertainment for the family..I can’t rate it high enough, luggage service free to the airport so you didn’t have to keep it with you till your transfer…. I hope the owners appreciate what a great job their employees do.We are already looking to go back next year 🙂🇨🇾☀️

Stayed here for a week, apar**ent lovely and clean. Everything you need, we were bed and breakfast which was fantastic. Every member of staff welcomed you with a smile and very friendly. Great walk to the harbour which we did most days, or bus stop right outside hotel. We decided to get the late check out which was €80.

Absolutely fantastic hotel, never to much work for any of the staff members. We had an issue with the air conditioner unit we told reception and maintenance were fixing it straight away. It was my mum and dad’s wedding anniversary on the 10th May. Made reception aware and they hand delivered a little gift to their door which put a smile on their faces. The restaurant food was nice and the staff are so welcoming. Demetra, greeted us like friends and always made sure we had everything we wanted and needed. She worked her socks off every morning to make sure all guest had a good breakfast/dinner . And the omelettes were beautiful and perfect size. The entertainment team worked hard to get so many people involved and make sure we had a fun holiday. The life guard also (not sure on his name) but was very friendly always approached us and had a chat, he went above and beyond always making sure the pool area is neat and tidy. Once again thankyou to all staff at Avanti village, we’ve had an amazing holiday!!

Fantastic holiday location - and there was lots and lots of cats which we loved! 🐈 the staff were amazing, especially Demitria and the restaurant staff - the best service always!! We had an amazing time here and would recommend 100% for families. The room was lovely, although if you have a buggy or a wheelchair make sure you request a ground floor. Very spacious for a family of 4. The balcony, however, was shaded completely by several palm trees, so our clothes took a while to dry on the hangers. Be careful of ants as they sneak their way in if you've got any food left out! Kitchen area was perfect for us - 1 small fridge freezer, 2 hob rings, a kettle and a microwave - plus lots of cutlery, plates, bowls, mugs, and glasses. Housekeeping was fantastic too - always friendly and smiling to our little boys aged 4 and 2. The apar**ent was always cleaned beautifully. The pool, which was 1.2m, was amazing - always perfectly clean and not super cold even in late april. Lifeguard was always present, and he was a friend to our two boys who liked to play around with him. The Swim up bar was lovely, too. The Paphos Aphrodite Waterpark was within walking distance and was absolutely fantastic. Lots of slides and things to do for all the family. It is cheaper to book online so be sure to do that rather than going there. Mini Golf was pretty close to the waterpark too. Drinks were quite pricey here and it was under renovation so we only played a few holes not the full 18. Supermarket is within walking distance, and so is every shop in paphos, including the harbour, if you are fit and healthy. My hip was starting to suffer on the way there but we made it! I'd also say be careful of the windburn - I got caught twice even though I had factor 50 on! We walked twice to the paphos harbour and it was lovely. We also walked to the mall twice too - all of the time with a 4 and 2 year old in a buggy. You can also get the bus. The whole site is buggy and wheelchair friendly with a ramp entrance to every place and lifts in the main building. The on site hotel food was delicious - we upgraded from self-catering to B&B on the first day as it was so yummy. Nutella crepes, hash browns, and eggs were our favourites! Lunch we had a few times, and the chicken breast was so good - and the portioning of the pasta and onion rings were massive! As mentioned Demitria was so friendly, as was her son. There is an Ocean Basket restaurant just outside the hotel as well as a few others but we didn't go to them. We walked to a Chinese restaurant right along that main road to the right and an Indian to the left another night. These were both delicious too. Just a fantastic stay! We are sad to leave!

A lovely relaxing break, everything you need for a self catering break including a hot and powerful shower. Pool area is really nice and there were no issues getting a sunbed. Walked to the beach as well as the harbour easily, some nice places to eat and people are really friendly. Apart from the bus driver who growled “what do you want”? When my husband dares ask a question. Staff here are great we were B&B, you have to hover by the hot plates if you want an omelette but they’re lovely and worth it. Would I come here again? Absolutely we would.
