Was such a lovely room😊we didnt get a eiffel tower view, but was so close to the actual tower. 10 minute walk. Staff were friendly and had lifts to get to the rooms. The bed was very comfortable for me and my partner. We got woken up to the accordion one morning. Was so lovely. Definitely gonna come back here! Thank you

I first stayed here in October 2022. I’d intended to write a review saying that it was “fine”, a solid 3.5 rating. I stayed again in January 2023 and I’ve changed my mind. This property is actually kind of perfect! It’s not luxurious (it doesn’t advertise that it is) but it IS clean, safe, conveniently located and filled with all the things you need to work or play. This is a perfect option for those who want to rent an apartment but may not feel comfortable using one the big named private rental companies. On both my visits I was there for work and play. Half of my days were vacation days and I didn’t spend much time in the room but the other half were days where I worked remote so I spent about half the day inside the room. I rented a two-person studio. The space is small-ish by American standards but right in-line with European standards. It had separate spaces for dining and working (although I used the dining table to work because it was more comfortable for me). There are LOTS of outlets in the room and the Wi-Fi is really good. This came in handy because I was working remote and it was critical to be able to easily power my equipment (laptop, portable monitor, camera, cell phone and earphones) and stay connected to my work in the states. The bathroom is fairly large. There is a full kitchen with standard appliances and all the dishes and utensils one would need to make a complete meal. I don’t love the coffee maker in the room, but it’s fine because there are several cafes within walking distance and there’s a Starbucks nearby too, if you’re so inclined. The staff is very nice and extremely helpful. Everyone I encountered spoke English, which came in handy because my French is kind of terrible. The neighborhood felt safe. I often walked to the market after dark and never felt unsafe. There are two Metro lines within a 3 - 4 minute walk and there are many bus lines within a 6 minute walk. There are at least two markets within 3 - 4 minute walking distance and also two pharmacies. The neighborhood is quiet. It’s far enough away from the touristy stuff to feel like you’re living like a local, but you can quickly and easily get to the touristy parts of town. There is a laundry room onsite which comes in handy for longer stays. The machines seemed a bit pricey for me but they may not be. I haven’t had to use a laundromat for a number of years so the prices could be standard (I believe they were 5.00€ to wash and 2.50€ to dry. Laundry detergent is included). The machines do a good job of cleaning and take about an hour each. Breakfast can be purchased daily. Coffee is free. I didn’t purchase the breakfast but it looked like a decent spread with many good options. The front desk also has a small selection of foods, snacks and wine for sale. They’re a tiny bit more pricey than at the local market but they come in handy if you need something quickly after the markets have closed. Excellent clean accommodations! Walking distance to nearby cafes and Marie Issy Metro which takes you on line 12 to Paris sights. Giulia has a background in International Relations and shared good tips for our visits locally and the Napoli!

Location is perfect. The apartments view was stunning. The staff were, friendly for the most part. The Trip description said to call the hotel to arrange check in. I called 3 times, each time I selected the English option, I was on hold forever and nobody ever answered. Upon arriving, there's a check in desk. Please update the Trip description to reflect this. Also, FOR TRAVELERS LEAVING THE HOTEL, DON'T LET ANYONE LEAVE THE HOTEL WITHOUT A KEY. YOU NEED A KEY TO GET IN THE FRONT DOOR. MY 70 Y.O. MOTHER WAS LOCKED OUT, IN DECEMBER, BECAUSE SHE WENT TO NEARBY RESTAURANT FOR COFFEE WHILE I SAT IN THE APARTMENT.

we arrived at this hotel today and are currently staying here. unfortunately, our room was very cold and when we informed the receptionist , they brought us a heater, which also stopped working after 5 minutes. we wanted to change our room, but they said no, and if you want, you can pay more to give you a big room that is warm, and when i wanted to talk to the manager, they said he was not. i am really sorry that i chose this hotel.

Serviced apartment, we stayed in Paris for 8 nights, very convenient. First of all, the location is good. It takes 10 minutes to walk to Notre-Dame du Louvre d'Orsay, and there are two subway stations nearby, which is also very convenient. In the past few days, we mainly visited museums on foot. Secondly, although it is cleaned every two or three days, there is unlimited towels at the self-service, and it is equipped with a microwave, induction cooker, refrigerator and dishwasher. This week, we basically made breakfast in the room with bread and other things bought at Carrefour City Supermarket. , tableware, toaster, etc. complete, perfect! Then, the free coffee and chocolate downstairs are also great. I have to drink one before going out and after coming back every day. It’s cloudy and rainy in Paris these days and it’s cold. It’s not too comfortable to drink a cup of hot chocolate right away when you get back to the hotel.

I have stayed at this apartment hotel several times. This time, we were assigned to the 8th floor by the hotel. The room felt very large. It is estimated that the overall area could exceed 26 square meters. Of course, the room facilities are also very good, and simple meals can be prepared. There is a Carrefour supermarket in the commercial center downstairs with sufficient goods. There is a farmer's market nearby on weekends, Tuesdays and Thursdays, making life convenient. Take a stroll along Avenue Gobelin into the center of Paris.

The location is superb. The facilities are not very good, but they are spacious and good compared to other Paris hotels. This is probably the hotel I will revisit if I go to Paris again. The only downside is that it is a little dark.

I was paying close to $200 a night and I was there 6 nights. Only on check-in was I told there would be no housekeeping unless i was there 8 days. If I wanted housekeeping it would be another 18 euros a night. Excuse was ”its like an apartment”. Pathetic. I had asked for a higher floor in advance and initially got the 4th of 8, then was given the 5th. Not good enough. Paper was left on the hall floor outside the room for days. There was no non-skid mat for the bath/shower which was slippery. The TV was faulty on the meagre english channels and nothing was done to fix it. The room floor was dusty as wiping with a towel showed. Etc Etc. Staff were poorly trained for information. I wrote to the hotel GM and never even got an acknowledgement to the email. The room itself was fine and so was the breakfast and no issue with the location for where I had to go work wise. Everything else was very poor. Replacement GM is needed. Not good.

We were impressed by the size of the room and loved the aspect, looking out onto the boulevard. Bathroom was fine - shower over the bath and the bath was quite deep so it could be a bit difficult getting in and out if you are of a certain age. Little kitchen was fine, had some difficulty working the microwave and there was no toaster. Fridge and dishwasher (with plenty of tablets provided) worked well. Didn't have the breakfast. Although this is in a non tourist area, everything is within easy reach and many places to eat within a few minutes walk. There is a small supermarket opposite and a sandwich shop next door. Would recommend to all.
