Great location, very easy to find, super friendly staff. The building itself is a bit old but it’s very clean, and there is bathtub.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and the room is relatively small but really pretty. The toilet and the bathroom however is separated which is good for group travelling like us. The staff is really nice and very accommodating. She even helped to guide us on where to go for our trip and what's the best route or mode of transportation to take to get to the destination. Overall the hotel is clean, comfortable and definitely coming back to stay here again if we're coming to Paris soon.

Staff were nice, the location was perfect. The room is tidy and well maintained. We will surely recommend this hotel. Staff can also speak English and were amiable. Highly recommended. Wifi is free and there is a lift. They also have a little garden there were you can relax. Found this little apple in their garden. Kudos to the management and staff. Merci, Abaca Hotel!🇫🇷🙂

The service at this hotel is excellent, and there is a small garden at the back where you can sit for a while in the morning while enjoying your coffee. The hotel's location is also convenient, with a large supermarket right next door.

Good location but the air conditioner did not work well

The set up in room is a bit stupid. The toilet was old and small and was separated from the washing area. When you taking bath , you have to sit down or squat down , otherwise the water will spill out the bath tub and made the whole floor messy. There was no lift and we have to carry the heavy luggages up five staircases. Breakfasts for three days were the same every day but was acceptable and not bad. The staff was friendly.

First of all, you are really kind! It was perfect for single use, and although it's narrow for two people, I think it would be fine if you just sleep while traveling. The people at the front desk were always friendly, and I was grateful that they communicated in English even though I am not good at French. Every time I came back, the room was clean and they gave me lots of towels. The garden was pretty and there was a good smoking area, so even non-smokers didn't avoid it. It was right in front of Convention Station on Line 12, so it was easy to go anywhere. There really wasn't any inconvenience in terms of transportation! The view was just a residential view(?), but it had a nice European feel!

I have stayed in this hotel many times. The decoration and configuration of the hotel room are just like the guest house level in China in the 1980s and 1990s. However, I have always been greedy for the convenience of the location. There is a MONOPRIX supermarket on the right side of the hotel, a subway station not far to the left, and various restaurants around. Pharmacies and cosmetics...it is quite convenient for traveling, dining and shopping. Because I have work obligations during the day, I thought I would go back to rest at night, so I wasn't picky, so I always chose this hotel. But this stay was really disappointing. I booked a twin room, but as the booking page showed, it was subject to the hotel's arrangement. The reservation was made 40 days in advance. After the reservation was made, I called the hotel directly and said that since I was on a business trip with colleagues, I wanted a twin room. The hotel agreed and said that they had made a note. On the day of check-in, we arrived at the hotel at 9 a.m., left our luggage and went out to do errands. We returned to the hotel at 8 p.m. and were told by the hotel front desk that there was indeed a note in the system saying that we wanted to reserve a twin room, but they did not reserve it for us tonight. , there are only two single rooms in the whole hotel, but we had to check out in the morning the next day and wait for other room types to be arranged for us in the evening, so we stayed in two single rooms on the first night, waited until the second night to negotiate, and then changed to a triple room. Shared room (extra bed type), changed to a larger single room on the third night, two people squeezed into such a small room... We had to negotiate every night, and the result was that we would change rooms every night. Before we went out the next day, we had to collect our luggage and send it to the front desk + check out. And the room they changed to every night was the only last-stock product from their hotel that day. There is always a different person on duty at the front desk every night, and each time they say that the colleague they arranged for that day did not arrange the room properly. Do the people who make these arrangements not bring their brains to work every day? After staying for a few days, I had to go to the front desk to negotiate for nearly an hour every night, and then I was assigned to the worst room. I had to collect my luggage and check out the next day... Super terrible stay experience... This is the last time to stay, see you again!!! (We were arranged to stay in a room on the 5th floor. There is no elevator in the annex building, and there is no hotel staff to help carry luggage upstairs. We have to carry it up and down by ourselves...)

The front desk was very friendly and helped us check in in advance. The room facing the street has a very good view. The surrounding security is also good. The subway entrance is just outside the door. It is convenient to go anywhere.
