Comfortable stay. The staff is very friendly and welcoming . The room is bigger than expected. Very clean and tidy. Definitely recommended.

Great location, very easy to find, super friendly staff. The building itself is a bit old but itโs very clean, and there is bathtub.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and the room is relatively small but really pretty. The toilet and the bathroom however is separated which is good for group travelling like us. The staff is really nice and very accommodating. She even helped to guide us on where to go for our trip and what's the best route or mode of transportation to take to get to the destination. Overall the hotel is clean, comfortable and definitely coming back to stay here again if we're coming to Paris soon.

Staff were nice, the location was perfect. The room is tidy and well maintained. We will surely recommend this hotel. Staff can also speak English and were amiable. Highly recommended. Wifi is free and there is a lift. They also have a little garden there were you can relax. Found this little apple in their garden. Kudos to the management and staff. Merci, Abaca Hotel!๐ซ๐ท๐

The service at this hotel is excellent, and there is a small garden at the back where you can sit for a while in the morning while enjoying your coffee. The hotel's location is also convenient, with a large supermarket right next door.

The set up in room is a bit stupid. The toilet was old and small and was separated from the washing area. When you taking bath , you have to sit down or squat down , otherwise the water will spill out the bath tub and made the whole floor messy. There was no lift and we have to carry the heavy luggages up five staircases.
Breakfasts for three days were the same every day but was acceptable and not bad. The staff was friendly.

All the staff were kind. I brought some packed rice from Japan, so I was very grateful to be able to use the microwave freely. Water and carbonated water were also freely available, so it was very comfortable.

First of all, you are really kind! It was perfect for single use, and although it's narrow for two people, I think it would be fine if you just sleep while traveling. The people at the front desk were always friendly, and I was grateful that they communicated in English even though I am not good at French. Every time I came back, the room was clean and they gave me lots of towels. The garden was pretty and there was a good smoking area, so even non-smokers didn't avoid it. It was right in front of Convention Station on Line 12, so it was easy to go anywhere. There really wasn't any inconvenience in terms of transportation! The view was just a residential view(?), but it had a nice European feel!
