Room, breakfast, location excellent. Terrible coffee. Stupid policy of bringing your own coffee cup from your room to the lobby to get coffee. Being environmentally friendly is wonderful but if you want coffee to go there's no paper cups and they want you to bring a mug from your room, and wash it yourself. If you forget your mug the front desk people act like you are asking for a kidney and will reluctantly give you a paper cup. Shared courtyard of hotel is very noisy, until past midnight and all day, apparently from the Novotel hotel next door which they have no control over. Request outside room facing the street!

The location of Novotel Paris Les Halles is excellent, which is convenient to both business and leisure travellers. Our reserved Executive Room with 1 queen bed and 1 sofa bed is spacious enough for couples. Hotel operater will answer email promptly.
As MO's diehard powder, the wonderful experience of bringing my youngest son to Paris MO two years ago made me cancel Rize's reservation at the last minute, once again chose Parisian Mandarin Oriental...and this time the stay was made from the beginning People are not satisfied with even speechless... From the lobby manager to the breakfast waiter to the room cleaner, the scorn is slow and very absent... The patience and cultivation of the challenger are at the limit... with the knowledge I know. The hotel is very uncomfortable... It’s disappointing to the extreme... Paris certainly comes back every year, but the Mandarin Oriental in Paris I think it should be the last time...

The room is quite comfortable. It's a bit big for Paris.
Hotels with kitchenettes are rare in Paris
The hotel is 5-7 minutes' walk from the Louvre Museum. There are many restaurants near the hotel. It is only a 5-minute walk from Japanese Street and Korean Street. Eating is very convenient, and Internet celebrity restaurants are not far away.
Hotel security is also quite good. You need to swipe a card to enter the hotel door. Recommended
Very satisfactory hotel. The room is relatively spacious and well-planned. The wardrobe has many drawers and boxes, which is very convenient for storing clothes. The hotel gives various small gifts every day, including macarons, red wine, candy, etc. The drinks are free every day, which is very thoughtful. The service attitude is very good. Everyone is polite. The location of the hotel is very good. It is not far from the Place de la Concorde and the Louvre. The hotel is surrounded by Dior, Chanel, and other big brands. The only thing I am not satisfied with is the breakfast, which is simple and has no vegetables.
Very good location and service. The property is a bit old but the gorgeous decorations make up for it. Breakfast room is very beautiful and the yogurt was delicious.

Location is very good, all the main destinations , attractions are agood walking distance really have a good walk week. Breakfast was good, mushrooms is remarkable.
Need to jmprove room ameneties. Water, vanity kits are not replenished daily.
When I made the reservation, I chose Normandy because the location was so good.
When I stayed, the location was really good, and the room condition was also the best. They clean it every day, so you don't have to worry about theft. The bathroom was spacious and clean, and I used a filter shower, but the water quality was not bad!
I don't usually write reviews, but the reason I wrote one was because of the kindness of the staff.
Not just one staff member, but all of them were kind! Thanks to them, I had a more pleasant trip to Paris.
If a friend of mine goes to Paris, I will definitely recommend it.
Superb location and lots of food options and attraction nearby within walking distance !
Staffs were very friendly and helpful too :)
The room was a bit small but still acceptable as it’s in the heart of city center !
Must go check the roof to see the view :)
We will definitely come back !

AAngusThe hotel is in a very good location, very convenient for shopping, Hermes and Chanel are nearby. The uncle at the front desk is also very nice, the room is very comfortable and clean, the toiletries are DIPTYQUE, and the room size is OK. It's just that the road at the door is being renovated when I checked in, so it's a bit noisy, but there are no other problems.
GGuest UserMainly because of the good location, it takes 2 minutes to Duleli Garden, but the room is much smaller than expected, and the box can't be spread out.
GGuest UserThis hotel has a great location. Both facilities and service were satisfactory. There are good restaurants nearby and famous tourist attractions can be reached on foot.
JJINGThe hotel is within 5 minutes walk from the back door of the Louvre. It is in the center of the city. It is the subway station No. 1 line. There are supermarkets, restaurants and drug stores nearby. It is very convenient. Service attitude is also very good. The room was small but everything was good and the breakfast was very good. With a 5-year-old doll, when I booked the room, I thought I could sleep together. There are basically children in Europe who ask for an extra bed. I can't understand it at first, but I know that the bed is about 1.5, so the extra bed will be more comfortable. Thank you, Ctrip has been helping to communicate, and finally helped upgrade the room type.
AAnonymous UserI stayed in the hotel for a week and now I am calm enough to write a review. The hotel is located in the most central area of Paris, beautiful and quiet in the bustling city. We arrived in the early morning of winter. The warm lobby is small and cozy, showing French style and elegance. You must try the fruit candy they serve to guests, which is extremely sweet. Like the reception staff at the front desk, they are considerate and polite. The room layout is perfect, and the floor-to-ceiling windows facing the street are extremely bright in the warm winter sun. The food in the restaurant is also impeccable and the price-performance ratio is very good. This is a good hotel, good service, good facilities, good taste, but low-key.
In addition, there is a young man at the front desk, I forgot his name, who patiently helped us call to inquire about the reservation of popular restaurants and recommended good restaurants not far away.
If you have to say a flaw, it is a little expensive, but the prices of the whole Paris are rising. I think that compared with the summer when the Paris Olympics were held, we may have earned a winter vacation here.
CCowexcellent location!! very close to louvre museum and those designers shops and metro stations. the security of the community is not bad.
friendly and super helpful staff who helped us to call laboratories for our PCR test (as we don’t speak french) and helped us to print the test reports.
there are two big jars of water provided at the reception for guests and two complimentary bottled water (one still and one sparkling) each day. free refill of toothpaste, body wash, shampoo.
the bad side is that there is no curtain for the shower so the whole bathroom went wet after our shower with the high pressure shower head haha. bathrobe and slippers are also provided.
also, the room is quite small for us to accommodate three big luggages and two hand carry luggages.
still a good value of money given the location and services!
PPingpingdandan^-^The location is very good, a few minutes from the Louvre, Du Leli Park, the Seine, the Orsay Museum, about ten minutes from Notre Dame, Shakespeare Bookstore, half an hour from Galeries Lafayette, Paris Opera, are walking time.
Health is very good, quiet and clean.
