Two breakfast price options: a buffet, or a set menu that is very complete for a French person, which is much appreciated.

AArtyom PetushkovThis is a wonderful, new hotel with a modern design and a very cozy atmosphere. I particularly loved the inner garden and the green area on the rooftop – a rare sense of tranquility for Paris. The staff are very attentive and responsive, always ready to help. The rooms are spacious, which is truly a rarity in Paris. Usually, everything in Paris feels old and worn out, but here, everything is new and thoughtfully designed. I especially want to highlight the incredibly comfortable mattresses and pillows – I slept so well that it was hard to make myself go out and explore the city in the morning. Breakfasts are excellent: a large selection of dishes, fresh juices, fruits, cheeses, fish – everything fresh and delicious. The location isn't in the absolute center, but it's still very pleasant: there's a metro nearby, and you can easily walk to the Louvre and Le Marais in about 20 minutes. The hotel left me with a feeling of comfort, style, and a true Parisian getaway.

MMinazRahmanUnfortunately when we arrived to Paris we had been given the last room left as the hotel was completely booked. Therefore we ended up with the smallest room on top floor. Which we were not comfortable with and had to cut our stay short. But thankfully with the help of Trip.com and the lovely staff at Splendid we were able to sort this issue out.
In relation to the hotel, staff were very lovely and helpful. The location is very convenient only 20 mins walk from Eiffel Tower and easy access to Metro. Comfy bed, however very small shower. Also we are not allowed to take keys with us when leaving the hotel they are an actual key rather and key card which was very different for me and wasn’t a big fan of this.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is fantastic, and the rooms are comfortable and clean. My family and I loved it; we booked two rooms for two nights. However, the reception staff were unfriendly and unwelcoming. We discovered that the rooms were on the top floor and were always cold because the air conditioning was inadequate. There was also a persistent unpleasant odor in the hallways. What bothered me most was the lack of water in the rooms, except for the minibar, which contained two bottles. After using them, the attendant asked us to pay for them. When checking out, they asked me how many bottles of water I had used. I said two because I realized I had to pay 5 euros for a small bottle, which is exorbitant. After paying and checking out, the receptionist announced that they had discovered I had used three bottles, not two, as if I had stolen a bottle of water. I booked two rooms with three beds each; we were a family, and one of my children might have used the hotel water without me noticing. I paid a considerable sum for the hotel, and the bottle of water was a small price to pay.

GGuest UserThe hotel room was very spacious and good value for money. You could even see the Eiffel Tower from the balcony right outside the window. It's just a few minutes' walk from the hotel, and there are two metro stations nearby, making it super convenient to get anywhere, including the Louvre, Champs-Élysées, and Galeries Lafayette, all within ten minutes. Plus, there's a popular bakery downstairs!

Номера крошечные, лифт тоже. Не знаю, как заходить туда с большим багажом))) но цена относительно месторасположения отличная. Мне было безопасно. На 1 ночь все ок) кондиционера нет, есть вентилятор). Ресепш круглосуточный, есть камера хранения. Завтрак не брала.

FFloramengmengHygiene: It was alright, the bathroom was very small but had everything you needed, so it was clean.
Facilities: It was so small you could barely turn around, and a suitcase could only just about open fully.
Service: You had to leave your key at the front desk when you went out, and the elevator would be full with just one person and two suitcases.
The location was actually quite good. There's a supermarket right outside to the left, and a nice breakfast cafe a bit further down. The area also felt very safe.
