"it was a pleasant stay, the location was perfect for us, nice restaurants and groceries nerby, metro station is 1 minute away. we also liked the breakfast very much and the breakfast area was nice :) the only point that could be fixed - there was no kettle in the room (but it was announced in my reservation)"

"Such a lovely experience courtesy of the Hotel Star Champs Elysees! The location is perfect for walking through Paris; within minutes of the Arc de Triomphe, the Champs Elysees and the Eiffel Tower….the Metro is a very short walk and centrally located as well…..although the rooms are small, they are well-appointed and comfortable. If there was any “complaint” it was that housekeeping failed to replenish necessary items unless requested ( soap, coffee pods, creamer etc.) and leaving a soiled cleaning rag on the floor. This minor issue was offset multifold by Front Desk employee MICHAEL, who demonstrated exemplary customer service and attention to detail in a seamless fashion. Questions were answered and suggestions provided with grace (he was even tolerant of my “fractured” French language skills). Without question, this is a hotel that I would visit again without question!"

"This hotel is truly excellent. I was very satisfied with the location, environment, and service. It's just 120 meters from the subway station, a three-minute walk! The surrounding area is beautiful, with a large supermarket nearby, making shopping and dining very convenient. The room was exceptionally clean and tidy, with a capsule coffee machine and even slippers provided! My room was on the first floor, and in the afternoon, sunlight streamed through the window. Enjoying a coffee then was very pleasant!"

"The hotel's location is super convenient. Just a 100-meter walk to the left from the entrance, and you're at the Arc de Triomphe. From there, it's a pleasant ten-minute stroll down the Champs-Élysées to the Jardin des Champs-Élysées. There are plenty of great food options around the hotel, both Western and Chinese, plus some delicious dessert shops. Even though I couldn't get a room with an Arc de Triomphe view from the balcony, the large terrace on the top floor room was still lovely. The hotel breakfast was good too, and the desserts were particularly tasty. The best part, though, was the complimentary laundry service and self-service water dispenser – a real bonus! The daily lobby snack bar: the cookies are delicious 😋"

"Location wise is good with easy access to public transportation - metro station and bus stop is just in front of the hotel. Few halal outlets around the hotel area and Monoprix (a supermarket) is just next building. If you stay longer, there's morning market on Wednesday and Saturday which offer a quintessential local experience for fresh produce, cheeses, and artisanal goods. Facilities provided is okay and comfortable. i have no complaint."

"Came to the hotel to attend conference at Palais de congress which is literally across the street from the hotel (less than 100 meters). So location was perfect for my needs. The hotel is also located very nearby to public transit - light rail, metro and such. The hotel itself, while under renovations, was very good and I did not feel any disturbances from the renovations. Room was spacious and clean with a nice desk to work from. The bathroom was a little challenging as the bathtub in the room was VERY high and required effort to get in and out. So ask for a room with a shower instead of bathtub if available because this can be an accessibility issue if that is important to you. Breakfast at the hotel is nice and varied. Also - the Wi-Fi at the hotel while perfectly serviceable for basic use cases, was a little bit slow for my business use case which required transferring some heavy files and so that took longer than I expected. But for basic emails, facetime calls, social media and such it was fine (around 10mbps up and down). The Bar and Lounge was also very good - with a nice selection of drinks and food to help you wind down after a long day at the conference. Service at the hotel was amazing - any time I had a question or needed help, staff was always happy to assist and always resolved all issues to my satisfaction. So all in all I highly recommend this hotel - especially if you have an event to attend at the nearby Palais de congress venue."

"The hotel is nice with real Parisian vibe.The location also very good- you can get to most sites walking and enjoying the scenes of Paris- architecture, flowers blooming trees. Also walking distance from M station and railway station. There is cosy bulangerie and Italian restaurant around. The staff is quite nice, welcoming. Mr. Andre was so helpful, the only person who seriously took the feedbck on the room service and made sure everything was good before that the room service was annoying- administration should think about it. Overall a good stay!"

"Really enjoyed the stay! The buffet breakfast was tasty with lots of choices — definitely worth getting up for. The staff were super friendly and helpful, which made the whole experience even better. The room was a good size, clean, and quiet — very comfortable overall. Even though the hotel isn’t right next to tourist spots, the transport is really convenient. There are bus stops and a metro station nearby, so it’s easy to get around. The neighbourhood feels safe and peaceful, kind of like a residential area, and the hotel itself feels very secure too. Only thing I’d improve is adding some tissues in the room — there’s only toilet paper right now. Other than that, it’s great value for money, comfy and safe. I’d definitely stay here again!"

"The hotel's location is excellent, right near the Louvre, and within walking distance of Paris's main museums and attractions. It's also very close to Metro Line 1. Combined with the Paris Museum 4-day pass, sightseeing was incredibly enjoyable. The hotel rooms were also exceptionally clean and tidy. The breakfast was just okay, but the breakfast restaurant itself had a unique charm. I'm very happy I chose to stay at this hotel. PS: There's also a very hidden speakeasy bar in the restaurant downstairs."

"The hotel location was fantastic, we didn’t have a view of the Eiffel Tower but did overlook the statue of liberty. Our party was mum & 2 adult daughters. The staff at reception were really friendly. Our trip was to celebrate a 21st birthday and a pre wedding trip for my daughters and the hotel had decorated the room as a surprise which was lovely. The double bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in at any hotel, but the sofa bed could definitely use some upgrading. We didn’t eat at the hotel but there were restaurant options available, and a nice self service room which sold essentials (bottled water, toothbrushes, sandwiches, even microwave meals and the microwave to heat them up in). Everywhere was immaculately clean. It was a 15-20 minute wander to the Eiffel Tower and at no point did we feel unsafe, even when walking back at 11.30pm. We all loved it and I definitely hope to go back again. We would recommend to anyone with realistic expectations."
