This guesthouse is super easy to find, right on the main Chenghuang Temple Street, making it convenient to get anywhere. The place is clean and tidy, with complete facilities and a cozy, comfortable setup. The king bed plus a 1.5-meter sofa bed is perfect for families traveling with kids. The host is warm and attentive, always quick to respond, offering free shuttle service to and from the parking lot, giving travel tips, and patiently answering all our questions. The bedding was comfortable, and our stay exceeded expectations. Even though breakfast isn't included, there are plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall, it's quiet and not noisy at all. I'd definitely choose this place again next time I'm in town. Highly recommend!

Loved it!! Although we were only here 2 nights, this was one of our 2 favorite stays of our 2 weeks in China. We’re loved it here. This hotel was just what I was hoping for. Traditional courtyard hotel. It’s beautiful! We felt like we were in a movie. It was so relaxing. Both mornings I just relaxed on the swing in the courtyard and enjoyed the peace and the environment. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Helen was very nice and helped us with any questions we had. The room was clean and beautiful. I will say you need to be prepared for a very firm bed - but that’s the style and party of the experience, This was one of our favorite parts of our trip. If we’re fortunate enough to have the chance to come back, I will definitely stay here again. I highly recommend.

I found this B&B online with excellent reviews, and it certainly lived up to the hype. The owner personally picked us up from the parking lot, and the proprietress gave us a fantastic overview of how to explore Pingyao Ancient City and what to look out for. Our room had a traditional Northern Chinese *kang* (heated bed), and it was wonderfully quiet at night. The bathroom was small but spotless, and the electric water heater provided plenty of hot water. For breakfast, the proprietress made us delicious millet porridge, eggs, and mini steamed buns. In the afternoon, we even received complimentary fruit. We spent some time playing cards and sipping tea in the courtyard, surrounded by century-old architecture, which was lovely when the weather was pleasant. Later, we'd head into the city for dinner and a stroll through the ancient city. It was a truly wonderful trip to Pingyao!

Very good experience. The owners are friendly and provide pick up at the gate entrance. Pretty courtyard and the owners shared a lot of information on where to eat / shop at. Would definitely recommend this guesthouse to those wanting to visit Pingyao.

I stayed at the Tingbo Hotel, and the location is absolutely fantastic, right at the entrance of the scenic area. You can step out and start exploring immediately, which is incredibly convenient. The room was spotless, so clean you could see your reflection, and the bed was super soft – I woke up feeling completely refreshed. The front desk staff were wonderful, always patiently answering my questions, truly thoughtful. I especially loved the hotel's decor style; it's very unique. Every corner is meticulously arranged and looks amazing in photos. Plus, the hotel service was excellent; it was such a pleasant stay. The value for money at this hotel is incredible. The price wasn't expensive, but the service and facilities were outstanding. It felt like a great deal. The hotel is clean, and its location near the north gate of the ancient city means you can walk everywhere, which is very convenient. I'll definitely come back next time.

The guesthouse is very well placed to visit Pingyao. Above all, the setting is very charming and the manager of the place very friendly. I only spent one night there but I would have liked to spend more time in this beautiful place.

The surrounding transportation is convenient, and the nearby food supermarket is all available. The landlord was warm and thoughtful, responded quickly to the message, and solved the problem immediately. The price is super high.

The hotel is in the ancient city. The car is parked in the public parking lot outside the ancient city. It needs to pay 20 yuan. The hotel cave-style room, the bed is sleeping, the room is not big, you need to bring your own bath towels and towels. Overall, they have their own yard. You can take photos of Mrs. Jinshang at his house. The film works well
