"The service in Bhutan is actually quite good, but this Le Méridien is very frustrating. When I arrived, no one helped me with my luggage. I went to the front desk last night to reserve a take away breakfast for this morning, but when I went in the morning, they said it was not available and asked me to wait. I couldn't wait even if I had an early flight. 😅 The service is far worse than other hotels in Bhutan."
"Nice place, very friendly staff. Simple hotel with a pleasant peaceful area. If you want to get outside the hotel there is basically nothing and you're not too close to any town area, that's the only downside. You need a taxi to all towns, treks and the airport"
"Very attentive service, clean rooms, airy, quiet。
The air is fresh and airy. In the room, I don't hear any noise or noisy traffic outside. I feel very comfortable and relaxed when I'm alone in the hotel without having to worry about anything."
"Location is on main road, away from market. Food is good. Amenities are v good. Service is excellent. Hot stone bath at the property is excellent. Staff is courteous, good n v polite. Overall we had a fantastic stay at the hotel."
"We, a family of 6, 2 senior citizens, 2 adults, 1 9 yr kid and 1 infant stayed in khamsum thimpu and khamsum paro in april 2024 end. Their manager mrs. Usmita was very cordial during our stay. The rooms given to us were fantastic. Being a veg hotel, amazing jain food was easily available at their restaurant. For a few local dishes, mars usmita actually went out of the menu and made us enjoy the delicacies. (for jains like me, there is a veg cafe named mountain cafe, very close by at both places which even has a jain / vegan menu) mrs usmita helped arrange for one of the best hot stone baths in paro for all of us. My 9 year kid too enjoyed it a lot. Absolute value for money hotel. A must book place for jain, vegan and vegetarian travellers."
"Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future"

Kkip.307Nice place hide in the mountain. Foods was good^^ . View was excellent.
GGuest UserStayed here for 3 nights. Room was clean, good mattress, coffee facilities and a gym which was huge and very well equipped. The restaurant staff were exceptional and even made me special dishes that they thought I might like. Food was usually a set meal, driven by the tastes of the majority of guests, so there was Indian food for at least 2 nights. I have to mention however that the huge issue at this hotel is the *&*&#(*& barking dogs. While it's a feature of most hotels in Bhutan especially around Paro, this place has at least 2 dogs that live next door and they yap constantly all night. Bring earplugs, I'm so glad I did. If I didn't have earplugs I would have given it 2 stars.
GGuest UserLocation - excellent food - average. The food needs variety and taste. Service- varies. Poor- any minor change from the menu served, they levy extra charge. Good- room service is prompt. Hygiene - the towels are not very fresh and bathroom does not smell very fresh, maybe due to poor ventilation in the bathroom. Amenities: the resort needs to keep a luggage weighing scale for international travellers. The property has been an orchard and farm house. Morning walks are good within the resort.
