Coming from a hotel ”snob”,saying that this Westin is one of the finest hotels I've had the pleasure of staying in means a great deal. Kudos to the professional and friendly staff - especially Adrionna, Autumn, Erwin, Guille and Marcos. Location perfect and interior and exterior first class.

1. Location can be 2. If the service is available, there is a Chinese front desk that is very nicest. The next day, it is very bad to change to a local aunt. The room is not cleaned at 2 pm. I asked for cleaning and was treated badly. I told me that I could wait. It was impossible to tell the cleaning staff my needs. 3. Breakfast is generally the same, there are instant noodles, coffee bread and juice, no fruit and eggs. Free parking is available. It is equivalent to the level of Hanting in China. California is more expensive, nearly 1,000 yuan a night.

I have had my crews stay at Best Westerns from Portland, OR all the way down to El Centro, CA without issue-Until this property. They didn't like myself or my crew and in return, I really didn't like them, their management or owners. I have been a ”Diamond Select” member for the past 3 years. This is supposed to mean something-but not at this property. I don't want to continue bashing this property, but just know it's not for people in construction. I saw it was used for the casual traveler, some people seemed to be long term tenants, and men/women having ”discreet encounters”. The rooms are okay. There are no microwaves in the room. They have a ”common” (no COVID issues there eh?) microwave in the laundry room-which closes at 10PM. The mattress was a little too firm for me personally. They have a great selection of cable channels. Plenty of other amenities-towels, hand towels, Coffee Maker, etc. I can't comment on room service as there isn't any due to COVID. The rooms are clean upon initial entry. They did accommodate us with items we had delivered for my project so I was grateful for that.

Outstanding night at this hotel! The room was large and the beds very comfortable. The bathroom was a bit small, but nothing that could not be dealt with. The shower size and hot water made up for it. It was an extremely quiet night- that was wonderful. The employees, especially the maid were so nice and constantly smiled!

A very good experience. I went there at 11:30 noon. The boss also opened the room for me. The room was also very clean. More importantly, speaking Chinese was very kind. I had a lot of things that I didn’t understand and told me very carefully. I
