Hotel Ristorante S'Astore

I agree with the negative reviews which unfortunately I am only now reading as it remains truly unthinkable that after complaints still received the owners do not prohibit the turning on of music at full volume until 4.30 in the morning in the disco below the hotel... I spent the sleepless night believe me when I say that it felt like having the bed in the room inside the nightclub and like me other people also received this trea**ent. Honestly, I don't think it's honest to omit this detail when booking because it is synonymous with great incorrectness.... personally I will never set foot there again. Small room, the toilet practically inside the shower and the bed is suitable for a child, not an adult. Poor breakfast, nothing special.

A wonderful experience, very nice and welcoming room, always very friendly staff and a very familiar environment.

Very well maintained and characteristic structure, based on elements of Sardinian culture. Large, complete, clean room. Self-service breakfast. The only flaw was the noise from the restaurant business which disturbed us for a few hours at night.

We came here for 10 days and we were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The reception is very good. The staff is warm and very kind. The restaurant exceeded our expectations. Very good home cooking. The hotel is run by a family from the mama to the granddaughter Gioia. Only the swimming pool is not at the top of our expectations but it is a digression which makes me not give the 5 stars. Clean hotel, generous breakfast. 1 hour from many big cities like Bosa, Alghero, Stintino, San Teodoro, Oristano etc.... We are delighted with our stay here. Thank you.

it's not my habit to write negative reviews, but in this case my tolerance limit has been exceeded, we book more than a month in advance, a group of 12 people, I am asked to pay the entire amount in advance, and that's fine , I make the bank transfer, I am asked for the documents of each individual in the group to streamline the check-in operations, ok I send the documents, I am asked to send the composition of the rooms, ok I send those too, I am asked for the time of breakfast and since we have to leave early I write what our needs are and if it were possible to have breakfast at a time compatible with ours, also taking into consideration their availability, but I don't receive any response, upon our arrival we find a structure pleasant, perhaps at a time when the season is not at its best, but I must admit that despite some maintenance work, the structure looks good. The owner asks for the documents, and from there I have doubts that she hasn't seen and read our email, but it could be my feeling and I let it go, we enter the room and I find the TV not working, no wifi, the fridge off and empty, the shower goes from hot to freezing, we go ahead and sit by the pool to have an aperitif with friends, we discover that in the evening there is a party planned for the 50th wedding anniversary of the owners' parents and a baptism, this thing it should have been communicated to us at the time of our booking at least for the sake of correctness, we go to dinner and the service is almost completely absent, everyone is concentrated on the party on the lower floor, we and a few other tables are followed in a superficial and slow manner by some girls, kind but not very expert, the owner approaches to inform us that at the end of the dinner we will be given a bag with breakfast for the next day, given that their service starts at 8am, we express our disappoin**ent and that we do not it is a 4 star service as expected, at the end of the dinner some participants of our group express their disappoin**ent and the owner calls me into the office as if I were a schoolboy at the headmaster, she tells me that she felt offended by the statements of some participants and I point out to you that everything arose due to a service that did not live up to expectations and that if you had only read my email we would probably have been informed of the "packed" breakfast and the party, you confirm that you have not read the email and that it wasn't up to her to read it but to some of her collaborators and that in addition to our reservation she also had many other people and that it was almost a pleasure for us, I repeat that she was not obliged to say yes but that that is her job not mine, at that point I invited the lady to return to her parents and niece's party because the situation was now compromised. Convinced

I just slept and it was fine.
