Location is far from walking street
room is clean but no service at all and impossible to contact the host
check-in is later 3 pm and checkout is early 11
I don't recommend it because of the lack of services

Fantastic location and can’t say anything bad about the rental itself, all went smoothly, our only complaint is that apar**ent was not clean, it was not like super dirty but like kitchen appliances were just put back to cabinet but they were all dirty, luckily had all cleaning stuff available, same for floors, if you stay longer, it would be good to have proper cleaning available (no have), washing machine was good and we managed to wash all clothes and towels in daily basis, but, just need to go to 7-11 to buy detergent etc. price wise 10 of 10, location 10 / 10 , owner communication 10/10 and cleanness 6/10,

Пребывали в квартире 4 ночи. Из плюсов: удачное месторасположение, хороший, чистый, большой бассейн на 3 этаже, есть спортзал, красивые виды их окна на город (особенно ночью), удобная кровать, чистое постельное белье, 2 кондиционера. Из минусов: - предоставили всего 2 полотенца ( отсутсовало полотенце для ног, особенно не хватало кухонного). - грязная вытяжка (даже не стали пользоваться), мебель старая: - плесень на герметике возле раковины, отсутствие стакана для зубных принадлежностей, отсутствовал утюг. Стиральной машиной не стали пользоваться. Из столовых приборов 2 ложки и 2 вилки, 1 кружка и 1 бокал (это очень неудобно), сковорода ржавая. Есть микроволновка и нормальный холодильник. Имеется всего один ключ, что очень неудобно. Держать квартиру в чистоте очень тяжело так как нет средств для уборки (тряпки, мусорных пакетов). За такую цену не стала бы снисать данную квартиру, если недостатки не будут исправлены. И ещё квартира по фото выглядела больше, в живую очень маленькая, максимум на 2.

가장좋은건 입지예요~ 호텔이 썽태우타기도 가깝고 주변에 해변 먹거리 모두 가까워서 너무 편리했습니다. 입실도 예상보다 일찍할 수 있어서 좋았고 수영장도 깔끔하고 커서 한가로이 즐기기 좋았어요. 한가지 킁 아쉬움은 프론트데스크가 없어서 수건갈거나 청소 이런부분들을 주인한테 따로 연락해서 진행해야하는 부분들이 많이 불편했습니다😭

地點： 位置理想，就在芭堤雅市西部近海灘區域。Condo形式酒店。
環境： 距離風月步行街和海灘路不遠，步行數分鐘可到。附近是酒吧、按摩店林立的夜市街道。步行到海灘路和步行街也是數步之遙。還有市場，很多食肆、便利店等等，十分方便。
服務： 服務員態度有禮，樂於提供協助。我的房間電視收看不到，報告後就迅速有職員來修理妥當，值得一讚。
設施： 酒店房間很乾淨衛生，浴室基本用品齊備，如洗髮露和沐浴露。㕑房提供電熱水壺、微波爐和多士爐。露台有洗衣機。
特色： 設有两個游泳池，方便健身消暑娛樂，一個在屋頂户外，附近風景盡收眼底。另外還有健身室。
總結：房價不貴，性價比十分高。
