Best Western Plus Nexen Pattaya

My 2nd time here .. I feel disappointed with breakfast.. it was good 1st first but look like they changed lineup .. this makes me struggle to revisit next time!!!

So convenient. They have a bar and restaurant in the lobby and by the pool so you dont have to go outside the hotel for a drink after a long day. The staff is so nice ＜3 I had 0 problems everything was great.

The hotel was way newer, cleaner and tidier than we'd expected. It was a good deal for the rate that we were charged.

Everyone are good staff friendly good food at buffet room is clean highly recommended to others .

Just an overnight stay on this visit but would definitely stay longer in future. Huge comfortable bed , very clean room and staff were very polite and courteous. Could not fault this hotel in any way.

The staffs is very good and polite even housekeepers are very nice. The room is almost good, but there is some bad smell (like a trust smell) in my room, I try many way to clean this smell, but can't.

The location is slightly further than the Pattaya city centre, but it’s in an acceptable distance. The hotel is very nice, good quality and worth the money. Inside the room is good, the bathroom it’s just a bit old. But overall I highly recommend this hotel.
