During our stay, the hotel was renovating the main lobby so pool entrance was very busy. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. What I didn't like about my say: 1. Management only gives one room keycard. They won't provide a second keycard. 2. The constant internet log on. 3. The area is a little deserted and need to walk about 10 min to to find variety of shops.

Charging me a $1,000 fine for smoking in the room and calling the police. But their fire detector didn't even go off. The room cleaning guy is just reporting that these pictures below were taken, and he is reporting that the room is smoking. Also, the location is far away from everything, so commuting becomes very difficult. Your daily commute will cost a minimum of 150 to 200 baht per person. It is the perfect hotel for those who want to have peaceful family time.

Overall the hotel is quite clean.The staffs were helpful.The staffs help suggesting the way to go to some attractions using the public transport as well.The price fluctuates a lot and doesn't include meals.

Hotel is located in quite area, nice swimming pool. Staff is helpful and friendly.

Pro: Good Location (with own transport), walking distances to restaurants/ food stalls, newly renovated and spacious room, standard Wi-Fi speed, standard shower water pressure, standard amenities, friendly staff, big parking areas (but will be full also in the evening when everyone is back to the hotel). Con: Far away from the places of interest, must have transportation.

Nice hotel, housekeeping staff is reminding you to clean every day, hotel is new, and reception is pleasent. Location is a bit far away from center, and WiFi signal could be better, but overall this is good hotel for this price

Not same as the pictures but for this price it's okey. When we entire our room had at least 20 mosquitos If you don't have big expectesions it's okey.

Quiet, clean, convenience to go around Pattaya, there is motorbike rental with 250-300 baht/day, keep luggage after check-out amd use pool.

The staff is friendly, The hotel is well-maintained and the bed is really big one.

For a relatively cheap hotel, I was very impressed. Large, clean rooms, most of which overlooked the pool. We chose not to have breakfast so I can't comment on breakfast, but the staff are super friendly and the pool is great! Location is about 1.2 k from beach road so not ideal for some people, but other than that it's a fantastic hotel

Staff are friendly and professional. Room is clean, air con, bed is cleaned and new, tv works, happy rooms for happy people all day everyday

Slippery floor. Many people at the pool as well. Not many durian places nearby.
