The rooms are nice, clean, and well-equipped. The location is on a small, quiet street, suitable for a peaceful getaway. However, it lacks laundry service if you plan on an extended stay.

The hotel pretty much has no restrictions; you can come and go as you please. The music by the pool during siesta was quite loud. Most guests were from Indian tour groups. The breakfast staff seemed untrained and lacked communication with the front desk, unable to promptly handle guests who hadn't pre-booked breakfast. The room facilities were comparable to a budget guesthouse in China, around 80 RMB. Shampoo and shower gel weren't refilled.

During my stay 16 days ,I was very satisfied with this hotel. The staff were extremely polite, professional, and respectful. It was very clear that customer satisfaction is very important to them. Cleanliness and hygiene were well maintained and noticeable throughout the hotel. However, I believe the breakfast could be improved a little. Appreciate it. Overall, I would definitely back again in the future and I highly recommend this hotel to others.

The room was decent and the price was reasonable. **Location:** The location is okay, but a bit out of the way. However, the price makes up for it. **Cleanliness:** Very clean. **Service:** The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. **Facilities:** The facilities are quite comprehensive, but there's no laundry room.

when I first checked into hotel the receptionist was polite, but not efficient! I requested a non smoking room, and the room I was given, had a very strong smell of SMOKE, I was promptly given another room. The location is good, the bed is comfortable,

Very nice accommodation hotel, staff spoke English well and are very helpful. I liked how they included a welcome drink in the waiting lounge every day, room were nice and spacious. Might have to book here again

This is a budget-friendly hotel in Pattaya. The price is good, and the room was generally clean and hygienic. They even provided toothbrushes and two bottles of mineral water. The 'king-size' bed was actually two twin beds pushed together, so there was a gap in the middle. The duvet was quite thin, so it could get cold at night if the air conditioning was on for too long. The hotel is about 1.6 km from Pattaya Walking Street and a bit far from 7-Eleven, so it's more suitable for guests with their own transport.

This was my first time staying here. It's quite far from the center of Pattaya, so it's best to take a motorbike taxi or motorbike taxi. There's a 7-Eleven about a 5-minute walk away. There's nothing else. I probably won't stay here again. The only negative thing is the annoying Central Asian guests. I asked for a smartphone charging adapter, but they coldly refused. I'm sure they'd lend you a charging adapter in Japan, and the 500 baht deposit is refundable upon check-in if there's no damage to the room.

Very clean and very comfortable i like too much very good hotel in pattaya

Needed to change room 2 times as the aircond was not working. One good thing is the staff compensate with a room that was ok eventually and complimentary breakfast.

Rooms where dirty not same as the pictures as we already paid for 3 weeks we had to stay here the beds where very hard mattress just the view and small balcony where nice and the swimming pool was ok

The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with all the necessary amenities. Housekeeping was excellent, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and welcoming.

It’s great to choose to stay here good location nice staff, especially Khun Biw she was so nice,friendly and helpful. I’ll come back to stay again.

A very nice and comfortable hotel to stay in while exploring the Pattaya Beach area. The location is convenient, just a 15–20 minute walk to Pattaya Beach and Walking Street. It’s a great way to explore the city, as you’ll pass by local stalls and eateries along the way and that’s where I had the best Som Tam ever! The breakfast was good, although the selection was limited, it was satisfying and filling.
