麗思卡爾頓應該算珀斯硬件設施最好的酒店之一了，地理位置優越、進入房間天鵝塔就印入眼簾；早餐中規中矩，品質還是有保障。

環境本來是給5分，扣了0.5是因為給的樓層太矮，6樓而且對面就是lounge，因為連續住5天所以酒店方才同意2天後換個高樓層，但是住着住着懶得收拾行李了，就不換了，酒店設施和裝修都很不錯，是珀斯最高級的酒店了！預訂的時候記得要求高樓層

非常好的酒店，設計新穎。每間房裡還有一塊鐵礦石裝飾，不知道是否能帶走。房間的衣帽間和浴室設計在一起。我住在17層，鳥瞰維多利亞灣和天鵝塔。早餐很豐盛，每人38澳元（必須在入住時候購買）問題在於我一個人差點被收3個人的錢，幸好我英語還好，退房時服務員蹩腳的印尼口音英語對收費一筆帶過還是被我聽出來金額不對。

專門去看跨年煙花🎆，酒店安排了16層，夜景非常棒👍🏻不用在樓下人挨人，人擠人。酒店工作人員也都很nice，服務超一流，會再次入住！

優點很突出，酒店就在city旁邊，走路去David Jones不到十分鐘，交通超級方便！酒店風景絕佳！窗外可以直接看天鵝鐘樓和河景，太美了！床很軟房間很大，浴室超級大一間，非常非常好。但缺點也非常明顯，提供的浴袍上還有一位白人朋友留下的毛髮，同時酒店裡報房間號就能消費，我們並沒有點任何東西還給我們出了一份消費賬單，然而bill的地址訊息又和我們完全對不上，麗思卡爾頓這麼大的酒店不應該出現這種問題呀，我付了1000多刀的按金四天也沒退給我…
