I do not have enough words to describe the beauty of the site and the generosity of the staff! We had a dream stay. Sleeping in the glass bubbles was magical! My daughter and I are delighted! Also very important to say that security in Jordan is the best!! I felt more safe in Jordan! Jordan is a very safe country. Unforgettable trip! Thanks to the whole team! And thanks to Jordan!

We have enjoyed our stay at this resort, very kind staff. The general manager Mr Waleed made sure we experience a high quality stay. He kindly arranged pick up from the airport and drop off at our next destination Dead Sea. Hotels staff have arranged tour to Wadi rum and Petra for us and made us lunch packs to take with us which was incredibly thoughtful. To be honest I’ve never experienced this level of kindness and understanding from any hotel’s staff before. We are very thankful to the whole group. The chef is so good. He made a very nice cake for my husband’s birthday and omg the Maqluba he makes is out of this world. They have planted a very nice tree in our memory which again was a super nice touch. We have stayed in a glass bubble room. Room was clean and tidy all the time.

C'était incroyable. Les chambres en bulles de verre, le paysage, le décor et surtout la gentillesse de Monsieur Walid, le directeur et son staff Yousef & co. Ma fille et moi avons passé un séjour inoubliable. Le pays, la Jordanie est un pays très safe et sécurisé et il ne faut pas avoir peur à cause des évènements à Gaza. J'ai loué une voiture seule avec ma fille et j'ai fait la route de Amman à Pétra puis de Pétra à wadi Rum et c'était sublime et la sécurité est au top. Un voyage inoubliable. Merci au Staff de l'hôtel et merci aux Jordaniens pour leur accueil formidable.
