We stayed 4 nights at this hotel Overall the facilities are second to none and the staff is really friendly. But there were some things that surprised us a bit. Example 1 Upon arrival we got the opportunity to pay 30 % upfront. If we didn’t do that, we didn’t have the opportunity to put drinks, food etc. on the room, but we would instead have to pay cash (or credit card) each time. We asked why, but we didn’t really get an explanation about why that was the policy. We have never tried to pay deposit like that on a 5 star hotel before. Example 2 As mentioned earlier there are nothing to put on the staff. They are super service minded, polite and friendly. But when we are at a hotel like this, we expected the staff to at least speak some English. Of course some of them spoke ok English, but in general we used a lot of pictures and Google translate, just to be able to communicate properly. Example 3 Mini bar selection. When you open the freeze in the room it is empty. So the concept is that you shall contact them every time you want something. The selection was a little poor in our opinion. For instance no chips, Oreos etc, but just mainly something to drink.

Love the privacy. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very relaxing spa (we did the Vietnamese massage). Amazing restaurant, pool, and private beach. Room was very cozy and beautiful and with a very nice pool view. Perfect and best resort! Highly recommend~

The resort is all extensive that you do not even need to leave the resort. The location itself is great if you want to have a quiter retreat, away from the bustling of Mui Ne. It takes about 15 - 20 minutes drive to central Mui Ne. Though, everything is here and you can spend days without going out. Every morning, I am awaken by the birds chirping and sounds of the crickets instead of the hustling and bustling of the city or traffic so this is good. I find that the staff were extremely helpful, breakfast was great and the guest relation officers who are always ever-willing to provide some insights. Their tours are somewhat comparable to outside prices (especially for a personalised one as compared to shared tours). There is a lift directly opposite to my room, and I could hear people drunkenly walking to the lift or talking while waiting for it. The resort has predominently European tourists who at times could be rowdy and difficult as they kept cutting me when I wanted to check-in disallowing the receptionist to focus on me. Nevertheless, the treatment provided by the staff are the same. I only have one major issue where I had booked a massage and the masseuse waited in the room for me to undress instead of allowing me time to prepare myself which is the norm. There were also no drinks (as per normal customs) provided after the massage for a resort that is of such high luxury.

Excellent resort with two nice and large swimming pool . The room is spacious and clean. Very nice view to the ocean and the garden/swimming pool . There is play ground for kids. The reservation was very helpful and friendly. The TET decor is impressive. I also like free afternoon tea. Excellence service and we will come back for sure.

1. Location As you know, it's a bit far from Bokeh Street, which many people go to. You can't walk, but there's always a taxi waiting on the street, so if you ask the lobby to call a taxi, it will come right away. The taxi fare is about 80,000 dong, including Sinbad Kebab. It's worth going back and forth. We did it for 2 days. I went out to dinner and had a massage the whole time. It was a complete vacation! Otherwise, you can enjoy it more deliciously and cheaper if you pay for a taxi. 2. Cleanliness It looked very clean in the photo, but I was surprised that it was older than I expected. This was my 4th trip to Vietnam, and maybe it's because Mui Ne is the most rural... Among the hotels I stayed at in a similar price range and star rating, the condition was the worst. It wasn't just dirty, it was just a bit old... . 3. Service The staff are friendly. There was a staff member who spoke Korean during check-in. This staff member seems to only be there during the day, but she is not fluent. There were some words that I did not understand, but it is comfortable because there is a staff member who speaks Korean. 4. Auxiliary facilities It's equipped with a lot of things, so it's nice to have some fun when you have time. A place for kids to play? There was the same thing, it was on a pocket table, and there was also a movie theater. You can also enjoy activities such as casting, fishing, and kayaking if you sign up. However, I didn't see anyone doing it in particular. The biggest reason I chose Cliff was the swimming pool. I love swimming so I always choose places with large pools. The size of the swimming pool is good and there are plenty of beds, but the water quality is so... bad. This is the first time I've been to a hotel swimming pool where I can't see this far. There are two large swimming pools and two small swimming pools. The water quality in both was poor, so I felt a bit uncomfortable while playing... 5. Breakfast There is quite a variety of food and the food changes little by little and I enjoyed it.

Mui Ne is the favorite part of this trip to Vietnam. The hotel environment is very good. There is a balcony with a sea view. There is a hammock. The hotel has a swimming pool but it is deep. There are a lot of lounge chairs next to it. The breakfast is good. The front desk can communicate in English and can help to go the next morning. Jeep watching the sunrise. By the way, there is a bar in the hotel, but almost all Russian backpackers are there at night. The hotel is down half a mountain and there is a road directly opposite the sea.

I was satisfied to stay in this guesthouse. The room is new and very clean. The owner is very nice and kind. There is a restaurant in this guesthouse and its price is not expensive. The food is also delicious. Before I checked out, the owner gave us some fruit. I will recommend this place to my friends who want to go Mui Ne. The bathroom is also clean, but the drains don't work properly so it can be flooded. I think it must be repaired as soon as possible.

The best hotel in Mui Ne, the best-managed beach, the beach is wide, the lifeguards at the swimming pool and the beach are hardworking and always on duty, and the hotel also has life jackets available. The room service staff are also very attentive. The only disadvantage of the bathroom is that the shower room is too open, and the water from the shower will splash all over the floor. I have to ask the customer service staff to help dry it. They are very responsible and careful in their work.

At first, i get a room with street/ city view, it s quite noisy and there are mosquitos. After getting the support from trip.com and staff An from the resort I got a really great room. It was a clean and nice room with garden view and great balcony, we enjoyed the great sound of waves at night time, it was so nice and peaceful. The balcony is big enough for 3-4 people do yoga hahaha but Im not a big fan. After getting upgrade for the garden view, i highly recommend this resort! Breakfast was free flow ala cart menu with so nice yogurt and beef stew etc typical Vietnamese breakfast. Staffs are friendly n well prepared to serve us. I really love it. Finally, it was good experience though a bit trouble from the first room they gave me. I do appreciate when staffs are keen to change to a better room and willing to offer us better service when I have inform them the issue regarding to room’s quality . The beach is so nice, they have a swing, we sat there and enjoy the sea … so peaceful, there are totally no big ships at the sea, we could see local people doing their fishing job while swimming in the sea water, really nice experiences. We went to learn kitesurfing, and the entire beach was full of hotels. The hotel environment is good and the facilities are quite satisfactory, but the sound insulation is relatively checked. The breakfast is very hearty, the taste is very good, the breakfast is the most satisfying, and the service is barely passable. We ordered a seaside dinner, the food is just so-so, better than the environment. In general, 5-star price, 4-star facilities, 3-star service
