Great location to visit the hot spots. Friendly and nice service.

The room was clean and the front desk representatives were friendly and gave really good suggestions of where to visit. The hotel is located within walking distance of most of the tourist attractions and transportation was accessible. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Although the room I live in has a better view, there are no glasses in the room, only paper cups. This is not very used to me. There is a Starbucks inside the hotel, but not 24 hours.

Only here for one night but amazing views of Center City. I’m looking out the window at City Hall.

My stay would have been upwards of pleasant, if not for the manager. Through no fault of any staff, there was a mixup with the card reader. The manager was short, impatient, and passive aggressive. She even made a snide remark about my bank account, because I was double charged for incidentals. It was frustrating and impacted my whole stay. The other staff was phenomenal, namely the morning shift. But because of the manager, I cannot give a great rating.

My stay there was perfect. I had an a event at the convention center and the location was perfect. The room was great.

The customer service was horrible i booked 3 rooms and arrived there with my family to have only 2 rooms

Great location, super clean, friendly staff, great lobby with games, books, pool table.

Check in time is 3:00 p.m. We arrived at 4:45 p.m. to be told our room was not ready and there was no estimate of when it would be ready. Told us we would be called when ready. Never received a call or message. Went back at almost 7 and it was ready. No acknowledgement at that time of the inconvenience. If you pay $200 for a room you expect to check in at 3, not 7. Will not stay here again.

The hotel was beautiful, the room beautiful, the bed AMAZING! The area it was around was clean.

Prime location to go anywhere in Philly, the employees are very friendly and accommodating.
