Did not expect the hotel to be spacious and with full amenities. Perfect.

The hotel is clean, comfortable, excellent location. It takes 10-15 minutes to Kata, a little longer to Karon. The room is spacious, cleaned every day. The furniture and fixtures themselves are old. The air conditioner blows on the bed, you can't sleep with it all night. Breakfast was normal, there was always some kind of pancakes, scrambled eggs, vegetables, fruits. The hotel is quiet, the staff is friendly. A good hotel for its price.

The hotel is quite tired but the situation is very good. Very close to the sea. The air conditioner is terrible. Very loud and there is no remote control, you have to stand up to the control panel on the wall. There will be no silence in the room even if you turn off the air conditioner, it will still hum. The safe is not secured to anything.

Good location, quiet street, close to a lot of everything, the rooms are ordinary, old but clean, cleaning every day, towels are also changed every day, breakfast is not great, but we got enough of what we had, and the price tag is adequate. In general, for Tay, where you only sleep in a hotel, it’s quite normal👌

First time in Thailand and this place has left me in a cultural shock for a short while. Hotel is decent, some staff are nice and some are not so much. Breakfast has some variety and is enjoyable. Rooms are spacious, although not up to American cleaning standards (if you care for that). Our bed, robes, towels all had stains on. Staff reassured us that they were cleaned, which I believe them, however stains do not come off. You just gotta get used to that. Other than that, rooms are decent. Staff cleans them everyday, makes it nice and neat and brings 2 bottles of water everyday. Our experience with the receptionist was disappointing however. We had a hiccup upon arriving which I won’t mention here. After one of our family members left a review on google stating the issues we’ve had in complete honesty, the receptionist confronted us with a bad attitude and was eager to prove he’s right and we’re wrong. He started looking for proof to assure us “he was not rude nor was he yelling at us”. This is just mind boggling because he just continued to prove our point by being rude and wanting to prove us wrong. Instead of saying sorry for all the issues we’ve had initially, he continues to ruin our experience here all over again. Customer service doesn’t exist here, customer is wrong and you will get dirty looks. He then also talked to his staff about us and even though we don’t speak the language the looks speak louder than words.

This is the worst experience we had in booking hotels. The staff is rude and very mean. We booked 2 rooms with garden view, instead we had a roof view. The receptionist told with a loud voice it’s totally fine, it’s their last room. He started even yelling on me. When we came to the room, there was a lot of dust on TV and shelves and spiderweb in the corner. The toilet was dirty. The breakfast is poor. I don’t recommend this hotel at all!

This hotel has been far the best one since being in Thailand. Front desk clerk Steven is awesome, helpful, friendly and very professional. Cleaning staff/housekeepers are the best! They really go beyond and do everything to make your stay enjoyable. We both love everyone here! From Alex and Narelle

We didn't like crossing the road, without a pedestrian crossing, near a curve. to go to our rooms which were not inside the hotel structure. Large rooms with kitchen, mini apar**ents, large and valid bed. Daily cleaning and change of towels and pillowcases much appreciated. Only the road noise under the balcony was uncomfortable for the traffic

The blueEco is a very cheap hotel in the otherwise quite expensive Kata. My room was quite large and very clean. It is centrally located near the night market, but is still quiet. You can forget about the pool, but you don't need it with the beach nearby. I was very satisfied.

While traveling around Phuket, I stopped at this hotel for 3 days and stayed for another 3. The close location of the gym was important for me, since I am a hiker, without a bike. The hall is right across the road and the hotel also gives a 20% discount on it. The guy Steven at the reception is super friendly, and he changed the room without a refrigerator on the balcony and gave mosquito spray when asked. In general, he was very responsive to any requests. Immediately in front of the hotel there is a small Buddhist temple and on the dates of my stay there was a religious festival, and they were fed very tasty vegan food for free all day long. Cleaning of the room is super every day. Bed every 3 days. I even felt embarrassed in front of the girls as they carefully arranged my scattered cosmetics and jars.) The hotel is not on the central road, so it is quite quiet at night. 7/11 is right around the corner. Personally, I sleep in all hotels, and this is also hindered by the fact that it’s cold with air conditioning and hot without it. Stephen gave me a regular fan for my room. It was better with him. And the rooster crowed loudly in the morning.) The beds are hard, but I like them that way. 10-15 minutes walk to the beach. It’s better, of course, to take a bike and go to all the beaches. There is parking at the hotel. Overall very good for a budget hotel.

The receptionist ( unprofessional was not friendly) do not care about the customer. The large bedroom but exposed inside and after a request to change he always replies that he could not. They don't change sheets and on the floor it was clean enough. Discreet location.
