We had a great time staying at the this resort. It’s great for kids - with pool and amnesties. Also the location is near to beach. Breakfast had different varieties of food too.

On arrival, I insisted on inspecting the room first. I've learned these days to always do that before I pay. There is no lift, so we walked up the stairs to be greeted by wafts of **** smoke smells. That sets the scene for this place. The rooms are nice and clean and pretty spacious. They all have amazing sea views. The problem is, there are no non smoking areas. There's cigarette and **** smoking everywhere. You literally can't sit by the pool after lunchtime without getting stoned! And I hate the smell of ******** and we don't smoke so we really did not come to the right place. In the morning, the debris from the parties of the downstairs rooms are all over the grass. Empty bottles, chip packets, cigarette butts, all around the sun loungers down by the pool. We were shocked that the hotel staff had not cleaned it up prior to 9am and us getting to the pool. They say they have a 24/7 service desk but we got stuck in Charong at some expats house, no taxi service availabe, uber didn't work, so we tried calling the hotel for an hour (9:15pm - 10pm) to see if they could organise a taxi for us, but they don't answer the phone. When we finally got back, there's a guy doing accounts or something on the front desk and I asked him why they don't answer the phone. He told me they don't answer it at night. The breakfast buffet is budget. The bacon is kept with the chef so you can't help yourself. The sausages look like floor sweepings (and one bite told me that's the case). There's barely a smile from any of the staff. Really terrible experience. If you're just after a room that's central and clean,and you can smoke **** and cigarettes all you like, but you don't care for the rest of the experience, then this is the place for you. The only other bonus was that there's no kids so the pool while stinky of smoke, is at least quiet.

We stayed at the hotel for 10 days. I want to leave a real review and warn visitors. The hotel itself is quite clean, there are fish swimming on the ground floor, you can feed them, the staff is friendly and responsive to requests. Positive aspects: the room is clean, there are no ants like in another hotel, good sound insulation (we didn’t hear the neighbors), you can see Big Buda on the hill, there is a shuttle to the beach and back every hour, breakfast doesn’t change much from day to day, but it’s varied you can (order different types of cooked eggs, for example), there is also a children’s room that helps couples eat, while entertaining the child. The playroom is good, the child has something to occupy himself with (although I would change the set of books, they are very strange), I did not see any animation there. In the evenings there is a cartoon show and free 🍿. A large wet area for children with a sandbox, toys, a small pool and a larger one. The hotel is located between two beaches. Kata Beach is pleasant, although it is difficult to find shade without buying sun loungers. Karon Beach is completely different, I recommend going there in the afternoon to watch the sunset. There are a lot of things around, including restaurants and shops, massages. Negative points: they clean every day, but every time I asked for a towel for the child, the floor was not washed perfectly, stains are visible. At breakfast there is no oatmeal for children, a children’s corner made of plastic cutlery and cookies. The hardest thing is the ROAD from the hotel to anywhere, a very rare climb, it doesn’t take long to walk, but it’s very difficult, especially with children. Be prepared to pump up your buttocks; once again you won’t go anywhere. Very strong chlorination of the water in the children’s pool, after a long stay our son vomited all night from this water, we never went there again. The hotel should also establish rules for the use of the children’s area by small children! Parents should use special diapers for toddlers. Watching a baby walk with dirty swimming trunks (from which **** comes out) into the sandbox and pool is very unpleasant to take your child there afterwards! The covering of the children's area requires repair, and there is also a sewer smell. When we came to the children's pool, there were few sunbeds, or the sunbeds were dirty, the food and dishes were not put away, it was not pleasant to sit there. The adult area is better. The food at the hotel is also average, I didn’t want to eat extra unless I was too lazy to go down from the hotel to the restaurant. There is no children’s menu for kids, although the hotel is family-friendly (nuggets, burgers, fries are not for a child’s stomach). The hotel has some work to do. I would not return to this hotel for that kind of money…

This is a very nice and well located hotel. All amenities are offered and nearby to many restaurants (Red Corner is especially good). The only complaint I had was that I found 3 very large cockroaches in my room within 5 mins of checking in. I informed reception and was offered to have someone bring bug spray, but eventually agreed to change my room. Staff was friendly, but communication was difficult at times. Overall, a nice place for a short stay.

Big bedrooms with comfortable beds. The swimming pool is great for families with children. 7 minutes walking to the beach. Staff is helpful and respectful! The only thing disappointing was the breakfast: basic and repetitive. It could definitely improve the breakfast.

This is considered the 4th line, to the night market where there is a sea of ​​street food about 800m. Near the hotel there is a 7/11 store, a laundry, simple cafes, and exchange offices. We ate mainly at the market or closer to 2-3 lines. The hotel is not for families with children or the elderly. If you have pain in your legs, this is not for you either. I don’t understand people who deliberately choose this hotel and write reviews that it is on a mountain and is constantly going uphill. It’s difficult to please you in everyday life, too. Either physical education or you take a bike and everything is fine. Transparent toilet shower, it’s even cool 👍 there is a curtain. If you eat MJ together, what have you not seen from each other 😂 that could confuse you. There is air conditioning and it blows normally. The balcony is small, there is no separate dryer, there is simply nowhere to put it on the balcony, since the places are occupied by chairs and a table. If you didn’t like it, then most likely you don’t know how to choose a hotel for yourself and someone chose it for you without telling you the nuances.

She will add WeChat to communicate in advance and can help arrange various sea and island hopping tours. The price is cheaper than Ctrip**. The details of the room are very good. It is equipped with a washing machine. It understands the needs of our Chinese people too well. The breakfast is more Chinese. Although there are not many types, each one is very good. The meat buns and braised pork are really YYDS. The energy of the whole day depends on this breakfast. There is a super large swimming pool in the garden. The children have a lot of fun. It is a treasure hotel that is very friendly to Chinese people. I will visit it again.

It’s was a nice holiday place There was a mix up in the room, it looked Luxurious different on the website And when we got the it was a cheap motel room The we heavily complained And refusing to accept the room because the website was so different They eventually gave the room we paid for because I had pictures on my phone They couldn’t argue So they gave us the proper room 😊 And we ended up enjoying our holiday
