"Cleanliness - 3/5 - The room itself was very clean, as was the hotel. However, there was a smell when having the balcony door open and also my air conditioning was leaking one day and smelled bad.
Location - 4/5 - in the proximity of a market and a few restaurants but the walk to the beach is a little far in the heat and so is the walk to the mall.
Service - 5/5 - Staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially at breakfast.
Amenities - 5/5 - Provided most things (no toothbrushes or toothpaste) but they also gave chocolates to each room for valentine's day which was very thoughtful!"

Amazing
GGuest UserI believe it used to be a Six Senses resort. It's located on an island, just a five-minute speedboat ride away. The surroundings are absolutely breathtaking. The hotel truly embraces its natural environment, so be prepared to encounter wildlife like centipedes, insects, snakes, monkeys, and various small birds. I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking to completely unwind and relax at the property. However, the food variety at the hotel is somewhat limited, and there are virtually no other dining options on the island. Despite these points, it's still a great place overall.

AAnastasiaSHNice hotel overall. The rooms are spacious and the bed is very comfortable. Surprised there was no toothpaste or toothbrush in the bathroom. The balcony door didn’t close properly, but it wasn’t a big issue as we only stayed for two nights. Good value for the price, tasty breakfast, and beautiful surroundings

KKayla Liuroom was relatively really clean and hardly any bugs despite being in the mountains, we got some stained towels once but the hotel staff changed them immediately for us after calling in
location wise is actually better than staying in the heart of one popular location, its essentially 20-40 mins away from all the main areas, so honestly u can go to a different place each day rather than being stuck in one location.
the service was fantastic, the reception staff are quick to respond and pick up calls, the cleaning staff are quick to bring new items to the room and very thorough, there are tuktuks 24/7 and they arrive very very quickly to pick u up from your room and take u to ur room from the lobby, idk what some other reviewers are saying because they were super fast and available during my stay
the amenities in the room are all free which is great, wish their hair dryer was a bit more powerful, and also had a slight problem with the power shutting on and off every now and then, the aircon setting is also set to quite a cold temperature
otherwise i think this was a great stay, rooms are beautiful, bathroom was beautiful, its very private and secluded

From the moment we arrived, Hyatt Regency Phuket impressed us with its stunning ocean views, beautifully landscaped grounds, and warm hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable — always friendly, attentive, and ready to help.
Our room was spacious, spotless, and came with a breathtaking view of the Sea. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious choices. We also loved the pool area — perfect for relaxing while enjoying the sunset.
Special mention to the shuttle service that made getting around Patong and Kamala so convenient. The hotel truly offers a perfect balance of luxury, comfort, relaxing and great service.
We can’t wait to come back — highly recommended for anyone visiting Phuket!

SSergey StatsenkoWe have stayed in the hotel for 4 days on the way home. Overall - we do not like this stay. Rooms were clean, staff tries to do its work. But - room had sewage smell. During our stay - we have found 4 huge cockroaches in the room. One of them was in the toilet bowl. Breakfast was not too bad but at the same time - nothing good. Choice is not too impressive but I was not hungry after it. Will I get back to this hotel - definitely no.

TToshi876Room was clean and comfortable. If you’re looking for a relaxing stay in a serene environment then this hotel is a good choice. The shuttle bus to Robinson and Phuket Old Town was very convenient. The staff is also very polite and friendly. Overall I had a pleasant stay minus the geckos 😅 I would recommend ❤️

FFahriyahWe got a free upgrade!! Super nice view with balcony. The beautiful beautiful beach view. The location was perfect. Not too busy and noisy. Big 7-11 store nearby the hotel. Park your bike opposite the hotel. It's safe! We parked there for a week.
Staff was super nice and friendly. The room has an old smell but it's clean. We brought our room spray. So it's all good. The bed was nice and room was super cosy. We definitely will come again to this hotel..!
