Amazing
When I arrived after midnight everything is closed but someone finally opand let us. Next morning I see the hotel is very clean and friendly service. It's a very budget and clean for healthy. Because of my health issues I had to checkout earlier.

This is one of those rare cases where reality is even better than the photos. The hotel is lovely. It definitely lives up to its already reasonable price. The hotel is clean, smells pleasant, and is quiet. With the curtains closed, it's dark; with them open, it's bright. With the AC on, it's cool; with it off, it's warm... you get the idea. I definitely recommend it.

My partner and I booked this hotel purely just to sleep in for 1 night before getting a bus from terminal 2. We arrived to Phuket late and therefore didn’t arrive to hotel until after 9pm for check in. It was right beside the bus station so was definitely handy in the morning. The room and bathroom were clean however I did find an old and quite large blood stain on the opposite side of the bottom sheet. I know the bedding was clean and this was just an old stain but it was quite large and I’d imagine a housekeeper saw this when changing the bed. I was too tired to ask to change it and I slept on top of the duvet but considering how clean the rest of the room was, I was fairly surprised by this! Despite this, the rest of the stay was good and check in process very professional.

I spent my birthday at The Ozone Residences Bangtao, and it was absolutely perfect. The place is stylish, peaceful, and filled with natural light. Morning coffee by the rooftop pool with a view of the hills felt like pure magic. The staff were kind, the room spotless, and the whole atmosphere made the day truly special. Couldn’t have chosen a better place to celebrate! 🎂✨
