"- Because the buildings here are all ancient buildings with history, the rooms are simply furnished (but very clean!) You can experience the local feeling of Nanyi ～
- The courtyard is oversized! It is a green day to look out, and the sunset at night is beautiful!
- The boss and the staff are very nice, the English communication is completely ok, the boss also has a very docile and cute dog in Mitsubishi

"On the first floor, the good thing is that there is a garden, and the bad thing is that the bathroom has a smell. There is a door that has been open to the garden. Other rooms should be better. Breakfast is OK."

"I was feeling sick and was on the verge of catching a cold, so I headed to the hotel early. Although other guests were allowed to check in early, I was made to wait because the cleaning wasn't done yet. The woman in charge, Ellie, was very rude and didn't let me into my room even at 3 o'clock.
The woman who told me about the bus timetable was kind.
The room was small with no view (I wish they would specify this when choosing the room).
The only amenities were soap and shower caps provided, and there was not even a kettle. The heating was not turned on and it was very cold because it was on the mountain.
When I went to the front desk to borrow a kettle, the woman said that it should be in the room, and if there wasn't, I could just get a cup of hot water at the restaurant, so they wouldn't lend it to me.
It was so cold that I caught a cold, so I was in trouble because I wanted to boil water in the kettle and drink hot tea several times.
The staff at the restaurant were all very kind, and when I said I had a sore throat, they shared some honey with me.
There were many options for breakfast, and the view from the restaurant was beautiful.
It was a good price, but if you expect a 4-star hotel, you will be disappointed.
There are plenty of other hotels in Pienza that are cheaper and have better views."

酒店在一個小山坡上，晚上開車前往酒店真的很黑，大概10分鐘是沒有路燈的全黑路，不要懷疑跟著導航開就對了。
白天酒店的景色非常美麗，托斯卡納的冬天也非常壯觀，房間外連著院子，走出房間就能看到美麗的景色，非常舒適。
酒店的早餐特別棒，家庭式早餐，種類不多但都非常新鮮美味。
