GGuest UserWe had a great time last month when we did an overnight stay so we decided to do another this month.
Again, a great experience and no disappointments.
The Rodeo Lounge (Next door) is always a good time. The bartenders are extremely friendly and know how to make a drink...Hence the reason to not drive home & simply walk thru 1 door to get to the hotel.
We choose Wednesday nights to stay when less crowded & havent been disappointed yet so we will continue our overnight getaways at least once a month.
LLadi MMe and my family always enjoy our stay here. Friendly staff and the only hotel in town with free breakfast. Only thing is I personally dislike the pool here though as it is enclosed right next to outside doors so it gets hot and really humid inside there and makes you not want to swim. The humidity with the AZ heat is too much for us to bare.
LLEGROCheck In was fine. Arrived to an open room. Found a used bandaid in the bathtub, no shower curtain and one bed had a stained sheet. Staff was quick to respond and everything was made right. My mom is 92 and she had a tough time getting in the bed due to it’s height. Booked hotel for two nights but they didn’t clean up the room the after the first night which I expected since there was no discount for the second night. Upon check out the staff gave us a small potted plant, I assume for a sorry for our problems. I recall booking breakfast but there are no breakfasts at all except for coffee and juice I was told there would be some small pastries but I never saw any either morning. Anyway it was like the second cheapest hotel in the area so I wasn’t expecting a great experience. Room was clean but needed some minor repairs. Overall a 2 in my book.
DDedek61Clean room, no luxury, but ok, morning coffee at reception, Wi-Fi available, we didn't even warm here too much, we arrived at night around 11 pm and we left at night around 7:30 am.
GGabriel Vaz da SilvaI had a problem with the card, the attendants were not proactive in helping me, but the manager resolved it and helped me. They deserve the best rating. I could count on them. I was happy!
