大院子，很大的停車場，停車非常方便。服務態度非常好，酒店設施也很不錯，房間沒有描述的那麼大。周邊不是很方便。特別推薦自駕車者入住。

隴東明珠賓館位於平涼市區東部，整個賓館佔地空間非常大，停車很方便，出來自駕遊就要找停車便利的賓館。吃飯的話出門向西1公里，路南側有很多飯館，以清真飯館居多。賓館的設施雖然不是太新潮，但是房間大，大窗户視野好，過年入住人不多很安靜。

老式賓館。毛巾硬，住了五天，衹有碰到一條新點的浴巾。有三天衹給一條浴巾，不知道是忘了補充還是什麼原因，但是電話反饋後會補充。如果不是位置原因，應該不會選擇再次入住。

房間比較寬敞，環境也不錯，房間衞生打掃的挺乾淨，就是房間設施陳舊，工作人員服務需要進一步提升！主要是出差住宿，院內可以停車，也有早餐！

酒店旁邊有一個廣場，晚上可以去逛逛，停車比較方便。
賓館裏面有很多的宣傳材料，看樣子應該是定點接待的這樣一個酒店，可以很方便的做攻略。
