酒店有免費停車場，樓下有一家大型超市，但沒有什麼餐飲店。步行至400多米遠的“憑祥一號”，二層有家“來點烤肉”，環境、價格都還不錯。

維也納的质量还是有保证的，床單被褥都很干净，热水充足，水量夠大，房間送两瓶农夫山泉，如果不夠，問前台小姐姐，都会送多兩瓶給你，比较贴心，外出旅遊，都喜歡选維也納。

是春節期間吧，住店環境不錯，前台服務人員説話聽着不舒服，但也沒有影響住宿心情，次日早上8點半早餐就這樣管理混亂，什麼都沒有，但是收了費就應該好好管理，很多人都沒有早餐，就餐環境也不好，什麼也㫓不到

入住的房間煙味很大，太薰，外出基本住維也納酒店，憑祥這家是最差的，沒有之一，前台服務員態度也不好，希望能改進保持維也納的口碑。

非常糟糕的一次住宿，早餐盤子裏全部是空的餐廳沒有一個人來説明，衹有一個打掃衞生的；入住前台女生跟別人騙她多少萬一樣，春節期間冷冷冰冰，完全沒有人情味，不捨得多説一句話！不是沒辦法不要再來這裏住了
