PLUS: The location is perfect on a lake. The building and the area are absolutely maintained. The restaurant terrace can only be described as idyllic. The rooms and the bathroom are quite modern and tasteful. The air conditioning is pleasantly quiet. The breakfast buffet is more directed to the domestic audience. (not included in the review, it was already enough there). The staff is friendly. MINUS: Why the bad review? In the 5 days of our stay, our room was NOT cleaned. Handtuchs were once changed (when we asked) and no longer. Our room was very small. There was no way to hang something in rooms and bathrooms, no shell, no hook - unpractical. Another big decline: After completing the booking process at B....com I received a payment order from a Polish financial service provider on behalf of the hotel with the request to pay immediately (The cancellation may have been explicitly inside). All the things seemed very unsatisfactory and overwhelming. After checking the address (profitroom) I paid, everything went well, but it was already very demanding and how unhellable.

Delicious pastes, salads, your own raisins, cheese in this kitchen (with black emerald!), smoked fish, marinated mushrooms, ... could have so long ... everything fresh and important local dinners - diverse and really very delicious. The dishes from the card - because you can also eat in the restaurant - balanced and surprising combinations of tastes, fresh and feel that prepared with really good quality ingredients Rooms - clean and comfortable equipped. Service - helpful and sympathetic, I could describe them as batteries of this extraordinary place, and I haven't dealt with such employees involved in my work for a long time. I don't speak of everyone, of course, but what I saw and felt made me have to mention it because it is another and extremely important value for this extraordinary place. I recommend, I will come back and miss ...
