We stayed here when we returned from a concert in Muskegon. Loved everything about this hotel. The lady who checked upgraded us even though we stayed on points. This hotel is like the one we stayed at in Ireland two years ago…you must put your room key in a slot in order to turn lights on. It’s an energy saver techique that I’m seeing more and more. I really like hotels that provide a printed channel guide instead of searching everywhere on the tv for one. Everything was super clean and the king bed was very comfortable. Would return if we stay near Grand Rapids area again.
