I was waiting for my mom to pick me up outside and the manager was being aooo rude now i can't get no rooms over there from them anymore

Sleep sooo peaceful last night and we had a good time which we cooked our favor food

Went for a peaceful quick getaway. Amazing break. No complaints.and customer service was great.

A little older hotel with older fixtures. In my case, these all worked fine and did the job. There are prettier places but this one worked for me and at a great price. Will use again.

Negitives: Very old facility with extremely limited amenities. AC didn’t cool. Positives: Convenient if you have family in the Plano Heart Hospital as it’s within walking distance

This property has roaches, I saw 3 in my room, even killed one. The walls are kind of thin, I can hear anyone who walks by my room and I couldn't sleep at night bc I'm assuming some kids upstairs were running around all night

Almost nothing is working first the door wasn't looking after changing rooms microwave wasn't working and tree times dirty towels so disappointed

Place is falling apart. I don't know how they got such a high rating. My room had electrical problem, two lights, two outlets by the bed and the kitchen light didn't work. And they def have roaches. I wouldn't recommend it.

Worst hotel experience in my life! I first walked into the room to see it filthy with bugs all over the place. The bed linens were stained as if they had not been washed and when going into the bathroom, I lifted the toilet seat lid, and it was completely dislodged, and was just balancing on the rim. I immediately went to Walmart and picked up king size sheets, and pillowcases, and also some plastic bolts to bolt the toilet seat on to the rim of the commode. The room had a awful smell inside and the refrigerator was so old. It had rust all over the front door and was disgusting to even want to touch better yet put anything inside it. This hotel is mostly section 8 government assisted housing, and when you walked out of your room every day, I smelled a strong odor of ********* on my way to my car. On the third day I got up and noticed on one of the walls that there were thousands of what appeared to be termites that had just popped through the wall so I took a photograph and brought it to the front office of which nothing was done about it The first day I was there. I had no hot water in the shower so I had to take a cold shower, which they did come the following day and fix. Very often there were people just leaning against the wall of my room outside my door smoking cigarettes If I had not pre-paid for a six day stay, I would have left on the first day it was difficult to just get through that whole week with the filthiness AWFUL!
