My husband and I hosted our venue here on June 25, 2022 and we are beyond happy with how everything turned out. Flor was amazing at making sure everything turned out according to plan. All our guests loved the views and the food. All the servers were extremely attentive to my husband and I and made sure that we always had what we needed and that we ate. The music was also great all our guests dances until 1AM. For anyone in the states that needs an all inclusive venue that can hosts 200+ guests I strongly recommend this venue as they will provide everything with the exception of the flowers which Flor can then recommend some amazing vendors.

Mexico is close to the border, this is the closest resort, the environment is very good, the food is really great. And in the middle of the night, I want to party in the hotel, don’t worry about danger.

Since my wife and I arrived, the treatment was very kind by all the staff, in person and on the phone. The facilities are clean and beautiful, very close to the beach and the tourist area, we did not have to use the vehicle! The rooms are very comfortable (eye, they do not have a blanket, but we did not request any either) The stay is highly recommended, and wl breakfast Uff!

The room has a peculiar smell, the noise of the bathroom exhaust fan is too loud, and the sound of the air conditioner is also very loud! The only consolation is that there are two refrigerators and microwave ovens, which are very good! But tableware needs to be purchased extra, which is not as cost-effective as other hotels

So not bad at all. Stayed for about a week. Ordered lots of room service and drank at the bar. Room was wonderful. My only complaint was when I called room service one night and the guy was obviously annoyed, quite rude. I asked for the total of my order to have money ready and he judt plainly say ”no. Anything else? I responded no then he hangs up. No time or thank you. Other than that I enjoyed the security of the hotel, we left money out and maid service came by while we were lit and they didn't take it but instead changed our sheets, towels and tidied up my workstation (desk). Will be returning in April again.

I was in this fantastic hotel to celebrate the independence of Mexico from September 15 to 16, this hotel has the largest rooms, comfortable, impeccable, amenities and the best thing is the terrace that is on the top floor with an exceptional view, prices They are very reasonable, but best of all is the great team they have, starting with the reception, everyone is very professional and very friendly and with a warm welcoming smile.

I was hosted in this wonderful hotel, staff always very careful during my stay, have a area where you can buy drinks, snacks and refrigerators at quite convenient prices. The room with everything necessary, the Internet Nicky!!! I will definitely come back soon.
