This property was clean and the staff was very nice. However, it is dated. We were in town for a ski weekend, so we were looking for convenience and a place to sleep. Price was reasonable and food was good.

The staff at this location are so friendly and welcoming. Very convenient to Camelback mountain for a quick easy stay.

There was heat and hot water in the shower. That was about it!! The whole place smelled like mold. Carpets were filthy. Broken sliding door to the balcony, lampshades with holes, and furniture missing pieces. Sad because it’s a beautiful spot

This resort has so much potential but is in desperate need of updating and repair. We only slept there so we didn’t use anything like the pool. The staff when we checked in and out were friendly but someone turned our keycards off this night before we checked out. It’s close to Camelback but we would never stay there again or recommend someone else stay there.
The security chain was broken, the drain in the bathroom sink was rusted, the tub looked moldy, the hair dryer plug was put together with electrical tape, and the faucet handle needed to be replaced.

My visit was good but the rooms need to be updated they are old. Our phone in room and light next to bed was not plugged in and we had no way of doing this. The outlets have to much play so a little afraid to use. The heater in room sounded like it was going to quit thankfully it didn’t.
