I stayed here for a day on the 25th Feb till the 26th Feb. I stayed here because I need a place to sleep before I go to Kukup for the next morning for my ferry to Karimun. Location : Highly strategic. It is located just a stone throw away from the Pontian Royal Garden and the Promenade. There are several banks / atms near the hotel. Right in front of the hotel, there is a 24 hours restaurant and also just across the road, there is Maslee supermarket. Just 50m away, there is a Karaoke place to enjoy. The only problem of this location is, there is very limited parking space provided. Reception : The area is very wide and spacious. But no elevator or whatsoever. So climbing upstairs is challenging and hard for old age person and someone with knee problem. The check in process is smooth and quick. The guy was not talking anything and even forgot to give us any wifi password. Room : We got the room at the same level with reception. The room is big and also spacious. Just the perfect size for us to sleep. The view is okay ish and we didnt get to hear noises from the road in front of us. The aircondition works really well. The bathroom is basic and clean. The room itself is spotlessly. The duvet is thick enough to repel the coldness. Suggestion : Nothing, all great for a night stay. Satisfaction : Totally. Nice stay.

Like any typical oyo hotel, the bed is comfy and room is clean. Ac is cold. They have some free snacks in the room which is nice. My only complaint would be during check in i was questioned about my nationality even when i have given my id to the receptionist. Dah bagi ic, jelas kita orang Malaysia. Jangan tanya lagi!!. Simple. Otherwise she was friendly and courteous and smile when interacting. Location is very near to the taman tepi laut and to some seafood places. There is a mcd accross the street and a mamak as well.

The location of this small budget hotel is great for couples or small groups of 3-4 pax and it’s just next to the big seafood restaurants (King and New Seafood Restaurants) which is next to the jetty. The room is rather big and clean the toilet is adequate and everything works, so no worries. But as a budget traveller,, please don’t expect bells and whistles for the price u are paying per night. .this place is suitable if u only want a good and clean environment to stay for 1-2 days. There are many eateries around this hotel too and they even have their own restaurant downstairs. Everywhere is easily within walking distance from hotel. The best thing about this place is the reception staffs. They are all very friendly and warm ppl and willing to help if u need any tourist information about Kukup. The only complaint is the limited parking in front of the hotel. They have only 1 parking lot for hotel guest & 1 parking lot for the restaurant guests. So if u are driving, u have to be lucky if no one is parking at the hotel lot and u can park there for free. If not u have to park elsewhere at the many free public carparks or or paid guarded carpark lots at RM10 per day. I would definitely stay here again if not coming as a big group.

Love the kampung environment.away from bustling city.love the design of the water house.bali style.well functioned facilities.got netflix maa.but with limited connection.doesnt matter because i can use mine.surely will repeat again in future😍

Booked a room facing sea and pulau kukup. Except the bath room water pressure is low, the room is clean. Room size average considering 3 adults and 2 children's but it s nice experience venture around kukup chinese village. People here generally are friendly but the snack here are not cheap.

Parking senang. Banyak kedai, bank, dobi area hotel, dekat dengan tambak Pontian. Deposit RM50, refund masa check out. Booking deluxe twin room, macam rumah 1 bilik. Ruang tamu ada sofa & tv, dapur ada microwave, water heater, dapur gas elektrik, peti ais, meja & kerusi makan, pinggan mangkuk & pisau sudu garfu, mesin basuh 7kg, hot shower. Ada shower gel & shampoo. Dapat air mineral, nescafe 3 in 1. Hotel tak ada lif, request tingkat 1 sebab travel with kids. Tapi, katil agak usang, rasa spring & pintu takde extra lock. Just kunci kat tombol jer.

pretty decent hotel. don’t expect much. very basic hotel, basic amenities. mainly for a short comfortable stay w/ aircon and proper beds whenever needed
