The Grand Beach Resort Port Dickson Reviews

I have stayed here before, however when i bring my family during this trip. Doesn’t meet my minimal expectations. The hotel is rundown, the pool is smelly and greenish colour, room is old and not well maintained. Hopefully Felda holding can think on how to improve their hotels chain.

What's happening here? Dusty,dirty un kempt room.Food sucks.Book Sea facing room but given pool view instead.The hotel name should change. What is so grand about the whole place anyway?The hotel should spend more money hiring a damn good responsible,discipline,honest GM ,managers to run the place or else it would go down the drain.All the staffs need to be train accordingly. The waitress in coffee house walk like a sloth and hardly smile as though I am paying with leaves....RM198.00 + RM 3 is ridiculous. Even a 50 ringgit rent won't do justice. Please....if you want to keep the business and aiming further,do something. Don't just charged people and do nothing about your building and services.

The room was dirty and gritty. The bathroom plumbing was faulty with many leaks, and the room also had an unpleasant odor. However, the staff service was excellent.

Booked for 1 night. I didnt stay there at all! The room was sooo dirty! The floor and table are dusty. I can see hair on the bed. Pillow cases and towels looked like dirty floor mat! I didnt even use the toilet. The shower tap looked mouldy and definitely Im not gg to touch it. Been in d room for barely 10mins and me & my kids are scratching away. Then we decided to get out and stay at a different place.

Good location. The beach is right beside the hotel. The price is reasonable, so don't have high expectations.

Hi team. Room 321 got bed bugs. Plz take further action. Kids all affected with itchy. Already reported to front counter GRAND BEACH RESORT PD.

Bad Please

Our 4th time staying here. Love the pool and clean beach, however this time around; the room we got is quite old and dusty. Hope they can improve on that. Especially the cleanliness. Others are all okay.

The room was decent, but the TV was tiny, and it was quite a distance from the elevator.

Hotel poor managed. Cleanliness out and scary at night due to condition overall building. No toothbrush or toothpaste provided. Compound poorly maintained.

My husband Stayed here for a course. The room and toilet was not cleaned, many cockroaches, staff at reception counter were not friendly, food in- room service not tasty but food at the course site were nice. My husband was disturb by ‘something’, he almost check out on the same night..🥲.. lucky he had an skin allergy attack that few days and the itchiness were so intense more than the scary disturbance.. so i wouldn’t suggested for someone alone to stay here.

The hotel i so bad, unpleasant conditions. The rooms amenities is super bad. The air condition is not functioning for all rooms. No housekeeping at night. Only 1 person at the reception. Pls refund my money.
