"The location was very strategic. Very near to port klang KTM station. Can reach by walking distance. Room was nice n air cond quite good. So comfy. Toilet good n clean. Easy to check in n check out. Staff was friendly"

"The hotel is located in a rather secluded area, with limited access to eateries and other amenities nearby if you are not driving. The in-room facilities are quite basic, and the bathroom lacks a soap holder, making it inconvenient to store shampoo and shower gel while showering. Guests are left with no choice but to place their toiletries on the floor or the washbasin, which is not ideal for easy access mid-shower."

"Pros : The room is big, view is nice. Got bath tub. Comfortable bed. Easy check in. Late check in until 2pm. Free parking.
Cons: The smoke smell and the toilet door need to be replaced.

"Spacious room with comfortable double bed mattress. Nice swimming pool and gym. Walking distance to many eatery outlets and next to Lotus Supermarket mall.
Nice breakfast spread with mainly Malaysian breakfast food and mixed of western spread as well. Food taste is good.
Very friendly and helpful staff from reception to security guards etc.
Enjoyed my stay here."

GGuest UserLove the location of the hotel. Staff friendly and have communication skills. I would prefer to have dispenser machine outside the walkway. Every time if I need filter water, I need to go down to the reception and I find it too troublesome. Bedroom slippers too thin and makes it difficult to wear.
