We are about to start a river cruise with APT. So water levels are low, it looks like we will not cruise for 4 days so far. Being shipped in busses 7 hour trips so disappointing, arrived at hotel day 1 when we should b on cruise no drinks nothing offered, treated like we had done something wrong. I would advise don’t go with APT we have tried to contact head office they did not care less. Average hotel no drinks or food, cruise director just kept saying he had no control. Very sad

Excellent lodging service, impeccable room with the best view of Porto. The service is 10/10, they bring you fresh bread for breakfast every morning and the people are very friendly. The apartment is connected to two restaurants facing the river, just as ideal. Delicious food and excellent service with a 10% discount for staying here. I would recommend 100% ——- Excellent service, the room was clean and neat and had the best possible view of Porto. The service was 10/10. They bring you fresh bread for breakfast plus other things. The people working there where very nice and helpful.
